Great room with a view

Pros: The view and the quality of the room
Cons: WAY to many deposit and fees that were NEVER mentioned when booking
Location: The hotel set us up with a dinner and breakfast upgrade. Dinner at Remmington's were perfect
The hotel is wonderful. The view was spectacular. Most definitely ask about the dinner upgrade.

Super view of both Canadian and American Falls.

Pros: The view of Niagara Falls
Cons: The Starbucks in the lobby was never open.
We were mostly interested in a nice view of Niagara Falls and a comfy bed. That is what we got.

Poor customer service

The front desk was very rude. Theven rate was wrong and the said sorry we can't help. Then she over charged my card by 400 dollars out of spite.

Nice and friendly place. Excellent Falls view

Pros: We loved the view! WE could just sit and enjoy the falls falling and the steam rising. We walked as the hotel is very conveniently located
Cons: The sauna is not like a sauna. There was a puddle water on the floor, and though the heater was on, it was barely warm
Location: We had a great dinner at Applebees' and explored the casino area
We booked online. Came to the hotel on time, we were upgraded by a very friendly front desk agent April who was so pleasant, that we felt very special.

Great Falls view, nice hotel

Rom was okay, clean and well appointed; simple and not fancy. Lobby is simple. Parked for free. BUT, they added a $15 per night "hotel charge" to cover the "free" WiFi, shuttle to restaurant, etc. I saw it as a scam!! If you want to charge $15 more, add it to the room rate, don't hide it in fine print. Not impressed!

滝のすぐそば!ロケーション最高!

19階の部屋から滝が目の前で、最高の景色でした!イルミネーションも、ばっちり見えました!建物はすごく新しくはないけれど、不便なく、快適でした。バスジェットでゆっくりできました。

Was given 2 single beds when asked for 2 queens. No breakfast with hotel & charges & taxes for every little thing. Also stuck with view of parking lot

HONEYMOON

Pros: LOCATION AND PRICE.
Cons: MAYBE ADD CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST.
Location: GREAT LOCATION RIGHT ACROSS FROM NIAGARA FALLS. SHOPS AND CASINO WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE.
BEAUTIFUL ROOM AND VIEW OF BOTH FALLS. STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

Great Views Close to Falls

Pros: The location was great, and the room had some of the best views.
Cons: The room was a little outdated.
Location: The hotel is right beside the Fallsview casino, a quick walk to the falls and not too far away from Clifton Hill.
Check in was fast and staff were friendly. The room could have been a little more updated, but had the most amazing views of the falls. The location was great, as it's just a quick walk to the casino, shopping and multiple restaurants.

滝が見えてよかったが、滝の麓へ降りるには遠いのが少し不便だった。街中の観光にはWEGOというバスを利用したが、冬季の為か、運行数が少なく、寒空の中30分以上も待つことが多かってのが残念。
