"The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, I was a little disappointed with the room, especially since I paid extra for a Falls View. The view was not quite what I expected for the additional cost. The bathroom also needs to be updated, as it looks quite dated, and there was visible mold between the tiles. Overall, the friendly staff made a positive impression, but the room and bathroom could use some improvements."

"The hotel is located off Clifton which was perfect for me , because of my walking ability. My room was comfortable . The bathing tub needs paying a little more attention. The floor in the tub needs to be cleaned more, because it's a bit slippery and has no grab bars in the event of a falling emergency. Concerning the staff they were helpful especially when i couldn't get my coffee in the machine to brew....lol , the lady helped. I enjoyed the swim and plan to swim more often on my next journey there. The restaurant food i ordered was yummy... yep tasted yummy. So sad we had to leave so quickly. However, it was fun and enjoyable indeed. LOVE YOU PEOPLE THERE AND SEE YOU LATER."
