We were in awe of the property (pictures do not do it justice).The staff was amazing and friendly. We only stayed two nights but we wish we stayed way longer, we'll definitely be returning!

We had amazing two-night stay. We walked into a warm greeting, was given a tour of the property and taken to our room. Our room was so cosy and beautiful. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. You have different breakfast options, pick your serving time and breakfast is waiting for you. Overall, just what we needed. We had a fantastic time and we will be back.

Historic building, great staff, location. The inn-keeper and pastry chef makes the BEST cinnamon rolls etc. fresh every morning! I repeat the BEST!

Excellent stay
Absolutely loved everything about our stay at this wonderful Bed and Breakfast. The location was perfect; an easy 15 min walk to the Falls and did not have to deal with finding parking or being in the crowded more touristy areas We had a late arrival and the inn keeper waited up to greet us and make sure he got our order for breakfast the next morning. The breakfast selection was excellent: Delicious homemade pastries and several entrees to choose from. The room was spacious and clean and the updated bathroom was fantastic. It was one of the best showers I have encountered at any hotel! Highly recommend this very affordable, convenient and lovely Bed and Breakfast

First we loved staying at this property. The staff is amazing. However, there was absolutely no storage for our things in bathroom or bedroom! We had to shuffle 3 suitcases on and off bed each time we needed anything. The bed covering is white, I was so worried our suitcase wheels would leave black dirty marks in duvet. We were on this property for 4 nights. Breakfast you have NO alternatives, the choices are the choices. There is no type if livingroom/gathering place other than dining room. Also, no outside space (other than our balcony) to enjoy the beautiful weather. Note: if you have mobility issues this is not a property for you. Yes they have an elevator however, there are still 3 stairs to navigate to rooms on 3rd floor. Again, the staff as great and we realuze they have no control with what the owner in China does with the property.

Thank you for mentioning the staff as they work hard to make everyone happy. We have accessible rooms for ppl with mobility issues perhaps booking one of them would have suited you better. There are only 3 rooms in the historical part of the building you need to use the 3 stair.The owner is not in China he lives here a hour away from the property and is on property mid week for 4 to 5 days. I guess you didn't see the patio out front that is available to sit with garden furniture, or the lobby area off of the dining room available with couches and chairs as for the breakfast we have had very few ppl complain about it in fact if you read the comments ppl rave about our breakfast, this is a free cook to order breakfast, with a number of pastries and fruit to enjoy while waiting it is not a restaurant. If ppl have diet issues we do what we can to accommodate them. I suggest any time you have an issue like the 3 stairs or the outside area you come to the front desk and ask if there is anything available as anywhere the front desk is the focal point of a hotel where most questions can be answered. Thank you for your input.

What a beautiful home on a hill overlooking the Falls. The room was very clean and the staff extremely friendly. Hot breakfast included made us feel like we were staying with family instead of a hotel. Definitely worth the money!

Lovely B&B
I really enjoyed my stay. The bed in my room was super comfortable, I slept like a rock. Felt very safe and comfortable here. The bathroom was gorgeous. I also have some food restrictions and the chef was able to accommodate that for my breakfast and made me something different than what was on the menu. Walkable to the falls but up and out of the way so it’s quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Lovely and Charming
The hotel was lovely and charming. The staff, Stella and Susan were very gracious and friendly. Breakfast was amazing and proximity to the falls was an added bonus. My only complaint would be that there was no chest of drawers in the room and there was definitely space in the hotel room to accommodate it. Would I go back..absolutely!

It's a 19th century old Victorian home that has been extensively renovated over the years. Our room was very spacious with a great view (Grand Penthouse Suite). Location is very convenient to all amenities, quick walk to the Falls. Staff is excellent starting with Stella, at check in, to Susan at the dinning room area offering superb customer service. Breakfast was lovely as well. Overall it is a great spot!!!

This was favorite stay…staff was friendly, a short drive to the falls, the breakfast was great, rooms were clean with great views, and the bathroom with two separate shower heads in each side of the shower. Only wished the spaces out in the balconies on the first floors were available to during breakfast. I was definitely more impressed with this stay than my stay at the embassy suites-

Location was easy to get to, staff were super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was great. Bed was a little stiff and the road was a little noisy at times with cards driving by. Could also hear noise from the hall / elevator during the night. Overall good stay, room was very clean.

This place is a great experience! Niagara Grandview Boutique Hotel is newly renovated with the old charm of the timeframe it was built over 100 years ago. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and care about you having your needs met. The breakfast was delicious and you choose what you want the chef to prepare for you. The breakfast comes along with pastries, fresh fruit, coffee, and teas all enjoyed in a comfortable well displayed dinning area. The room we stayed in had the best sleeping space with an electric fireplace and balcony. The bathroom was the best shower I have ever encountered in a hotel before. Anyone looking for a charming and romantic place to stay while enjoying Niagara Falls are definitely in for a treat! You can walk to the falls in about 10 minutes but you are not in the middle of the crowds of people that visit the place and stay directly on the falls strip.
