The house has retained all of it's original charm. The house is surrounded by 100 yr old trees, perennial gardens and many of the local birds. The interior has been restored to it's original beauty. The house has a very large eat-in kitchen and separate dining room, a very large double living room and 4 large bedrooms. The house is kept very clean. There is two full washrooms on the second floor and one washroom on the main floor. The private, fenced backyard is landscaped with wrap around gardens, and large outdoor deck, BBQ area and 6 person hot tub and 4 person outdoor sauna. The outdoor deck has a seating area adjacent to the bbq and hot tub. The kitchen has a summer sunroom perfect for a romantic dining area for two overlooking the backyard. The long driveway has plenty of parking. Easy access from the highway. The outdoors is a beautiful and relaxing getaway that is private enough to enjoy and relax in. The inside is very spacious and cozy. Not in Niagara on the Lake as advertised. 5 min drive from downtown Niagara Falls (20 min walk) and 20 min drive to Niagara on the Lake. Property was really quaint and well maintained.
