We only stayed one night but the room was clean, staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great! I loved that i could bring my ESA and he was welcomed.

This hotel and breakfast was nice and super convenient to the area but it was not close to the area of the falls which was fine as we had a car. It was a great value and nice room.

It’s a good spot if you’re visiting the Falls or Niagara University. Start is pleasant and helpful. Our room was close to the highway and it was a bit noisy for us. We have stayed here a few times. Breakfast was basic but good.

The rooms were clean and there was ample parking. The hotel is situated right next to Outlet Malls and Highway. Service was excellent and breakfast was very good.

Overall nice, but still has room to improve
Location convenient, but driveway lead to the hotel is pitch dark at night. First room has smoke smell despite a non-smoking hotel, requested another room. Room was clean , but pillows are not comfortable. hotel should invest more on pillows as this is a direct effect to customers’ quality of sleep. Breakfast was nice, but coffee was watery. There are rooms of improvement.

They could make check in more easy. There is no feature of facial recognition, but they kept on insisting to check in by facial recognition

We slept in the hotel for a night the next day my girl developed a wire rash in her skin that extended it to different areas of her body, and had to go to the Dr, I also eventually started developing the the same. My advice to anyone is to always check the sheets, To bad I can upload photos here.
