This was a great property for the price, especially because you get breakfast in the morning. It is about a 25 minute walk to the falls.

It was a decent hotel, except the bed and pillows were hard to sleep on, some things like the lamp and hair dryer had to be replaced upon our request. Location wise, it is not as close to “Clifton” as claimed. It was a 16-18 minute walk, which made it inconvenient because it was also pretty cold and windy. We were told that it was gonna be 10 minutes from hotel to Clifton but I think that was falsely advertised. Otherwise it was overall decent.

Bed sheets had stains on them. Entire place had an over powering smell of heavy cleaning solutions. Window had mold all around the frame. Won't be going there again!

Rooms were reasonable. Nothing special, older, but clean and comfortable. Good value for the price. Breakfast is basic, but free and still good. Have a make your own waffle station, toast, yogurt, fruit, coffee, tea and juice. Parking is terrible - small lot, not enough spaces, really tricky to turn around in, back alley is in terrible condition.

Loved the heart tub and nice hot water after a night on a hard bed! Nice clean room. Nice staff. Very acceptable for the price. Better parking required. Mosque next door takes alot of it & made it difficult to enter, leave & dodge a big hole to back parking lot. Stressful otherwise comfortable

I booked through Expedia with the option to reserve with one card and pay at the property by method of choice. Property charged my card before I even arrived, a refund would take 3-5 business days. First room I was offered was unlocked when I arrived with a plunger in the middle of the room and feces in the toilet.Second room is fine so far.

The room was clean but there was a few scary bugs during my 2 night stay (millipedes) The bed was decent but the bleach smell kinda bothers me. There was trash in the parking lot. One big trash bag someone dumped and other random bottles etc. Also I do not like the air freshners in the hallway. I dont like the idea of being sprayed by some unknown liquid. Not a bad stay just needs some more attention to curb appeal and set some bug traps

We stayed in the beginning of spring so it kind of budget friendly and also easy accessible through red or blue line buses but need a little 5min walk from the stop. Now, let’s address the minor quirk—the cold bathroom flooring. While the overall experience was fantastic, I did notice that the bathroom floor was chilly when walking barefoot. Perhaps adding some cozy bath mats or heated flooring could enhance the comfort level for guests. It’s a small adjustment that could make a big difference.

Very clean and quiet. Had a wonderful stay Feb 13-15 2024. Beds are very comfortable and had a heart shaped jacuzzi. Continental breakfast was good with a good selection. Staff are very courteous and kind. Would definitely stay again!!

The room was dated but clean and comfortable. There were a few spots where the wallpaper is peeling in the bathroom. We could hear every step the people above us took, their floor/our ceiling was so creaky that I looked up a couple of times expecting to see cracks in the ceiling. My big issue though was the smell. There was a massive over use of a terrible air freshener that hit you as soon as you walked in. Instant headache. The room was not bad thankfully but I could barely take a breath in the halls and the lobby. Will not return because of this.

Unfortunately we were kept up until 1am the first night because someone decided to run their jacuzzi tub above us from 1130pm-1am. I think there should be a courtesy rule set in place for a cut off time of using the tubs as they're loud for other guests underneath that room.

Everything was great except the tv could have been larger then it was a 50 in tv would have been much nicer otherwise every thing else was good room was clean and laid out well. Hotel was quiet and was within walking distance to any thing you could need.

Wrappers were on the floor by the fridge and under the desk. Stand up lamp did not have a knob to turn on or off. TV had only one channel. We asked the front desk twice for assistance. We were told it was the city that shut down the service, but the hotel paid for the one channel. Jet tub was not working(no jets) and we were told “that’s how it runs”. Air vents were locked down tight, so we could not get aeration. No Kleenex in the room. Only one shampoo and soap fo a 2 night stay for two guests. Bed was comfortable. Would not recommend.
