You will find a security camera outside the apartment door on the lockpad for security purposes. Please note the camera does not capture any footage inside the unit. If you're bringing an additional guest or if any unauthorized person will be staying in the unit, there is a fee of $50 per night per additional guest, this listing is for the upper floor and attic, the basement is not included and might be occupied by the tenants during your stay.

This property is not as it is presented in the online pictures. We left after checking in. The home, furniture, bedding and walls were all dirty and the smell of the house was overwhelming.
