The hotel was clean, everyone was friendly and helpful. The only downside was having to pay for parking.

Laundry washer can not be used for the simple reason that no maintenance is available to empty out the filled up coin holder. Same kind of food is served for breakfast everyday.

Very nice, friendly staff, very clean with a very good breakfast included. Close to the falls. Spacious room, and good amenities including washer and drier. They could just digitize perhaps their use instead of coins.

Nice hotel for the price. Very clean. Conveniently located. Within walking distance of the casino. The breakfast was very good. The coffee was horrible.

I said for 2 nights and no one is cleaning snow from the parking lots. I asked for a baby crib and the property manager gave me in the front desk only, I have to take that to the room and set it up. No room service before 3 days that's the rule they fallow.

The breakfast was nice to have and they have lots to choose from, but they could have changed it up from day to day. The staff was nice and the rooms were clean. I would stay there again because the price was hard to beat and the other amenities they offer.

This property was good for ever aspect your looking for! Only thing we didnt get to do was go in the pool! Its supposed to be 84 but with glass windows that dont help alot to keep the heat in!

It was hard to find the local number for the hotel we came in on the day that the Rainbow Bridge was closed. The shower curtain had 17 black mole spots on it we told the front desk on Thursday morning about it and they didn't take it down until Friday. No one cleaned the room Friday or Saturday no clean towels were offered and no one at the front desk you have to ring a bell and then still wait 10 minutes for someone to come out of the office. Rooms are dated and in need of upgrades and new furniture the fold up suitcase stand fell over twice with our suit case on it and no one near it.

Thank you for staying with us and sorry to hear about the your stay. We did service your room during the evening when there was an issue in the room. Both beds were changed on the morning of Thursday. The housekeeper did change the curtain as well as did a refresh in the room with making the bed and replenishing the towels on Friday as well. Sorry to hear about the delayed response on the bell as our team works all areas of the hotel behind the scenes and appreciate the patience as we do you when our guests are at the desk.

I do not recommend the place. The room was dirty: dust was in every corner, a few oily and dirty spots on the curtains. We requested a rollaway bed for a child (I contacted the hotel a few days before to make sure they got my request), and it was not ready when we went. We were given a bad on the reception and had to move it to the 5th floor ourselves. The mattress on the rollaway bed was unacceptably old and dirty, all springs were easy to feel. So I had to put all the blankets in a room to make it usable.

Very friendly welcome at check-in, including some complimentary cookies! Location was great for us as the Shoreline Trail is nearby, which we followed to the falls themselves. Room was comfortable and clean. Shower had plenty of hot water. Good choice at breakfast and nice that the hot food was slightly different on the two mornings we were there. Not much happening close to the hotel, but easy enough to drive elsewhere to eat in the evening.

Nice, clean and comfortable hotel in Niagara Falls, NY. The included buffet breakfastexcellent with a selection of breakfast items including, liege waffles, pancake and sausage breakfast sandwiches, fritatas, and a long list of topping for the yogurt and oatmeal.
