We were looking for a place that was close enough to the Falls but also close proximity to other locations as well. This was the perfect place for our stay! It’s a 15-minute walk to the Niagara Falls attractions, a short drive to the other Niagara park attractions, and close to Niagara on the Lake. We had two cars so we could get to everything quickly by car. We first stayed at Embassy Suites Fallsview for a few nights and that was the thing to do. The incline railway is right there at the Embassy Suites. Then we moved to this home which is close to the downtown district. Very clean. Nice kitchen table and furnishings. The teens had their own space upstairs with the two bedrooms and their own bathroom. The kitchen was a great space for hanging out and playing games. We enjoyed the deck and the grill. The location is close to the Falls. We felt it was a bit far to walk, but only a few minute drive. My only complaint- and it is pretty insignificant - is that I wish there were more washcloths and towels. As some have stated the walk is a little bit further than stated but still very convenient. I didn't read all the reviews so I didn't realize it really was a 2 bedroom as the 3rd bedroom is in an open area upstairs. There were a few maintenance items that needed attention (shower heads were loose, my husband was the only one who could find the right way to open front door, the faucet in main bathroom was loose, blinds in main bedroom are paper, upstairs bedroom locks on the outside) I have now read all the reviews and agree with all of them.
