The housekeeping is terrible.. room was dirty! And when I asked for it to be cleaned the came and did the bare minimum and didn’t even vacuum the floors.. I had to call for blankets, toilet tissue, tissues, bath wash it was a horrible mess ! I did not enjoy my stay at all… the service was just sad.

The shower was plugged and water stayed in while you were showering. The building was old and price for the service in total was higher than it should be.

I didn't like the smell of an up graded room for a extra money. The parking is too expensive. And no gluten free options for breakfast. Had I known in advance I wouldn't have booked at this point expensive hotel. Room wasn't the cleanest. Had to have room service the minute we got in the room. Knowing you have 4 guests staying, not accommodating for four guests. Only 2 glasses in the room. Not having any details about the hotel. Just wasn't not worth the price I paid.

Imagine checking in, walking into your room and theres other people luggage and personal belongings scatters in the room. Informed the front desk and no apology. Got another room after some time and then the sink in the washrooms are clogged

The location of the property is amazing, we had a full frontal view of the falls. The rooms are big and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast is good. What we didn't like is the fact that the bedrooms are not serviced on a daily basis, when paying almost $400 per night you would expect your bed to be made and clean towels. The bathroom wasn't very clean upon arrival, I found fake eye lashes in the bathtub, when we asked for extra towels on day two they never delivered them.

Went for the eclipse was was pleasantly surprised. I don’t know why there over all rating in in the 7’s . The rooms were spotless. Staff friendly and helpful. Every request we made was met and the offer a full breakfast included that had something for everyone . I would definitely stay again

Great stay, comfortable, clean and friendly staff. One downside the hotel was at full occupancy and had one elevator to service floors 9 to 18 which created significant delays.
