The check-in went very smoothly, and the staff were very friendly. The only issue we had was that when we got into our room there were remnants of food and even a bra underneath the couch. As strange as that was, the staff were quick to respond and thoroughly cleaned the floor in that section of the room. The hotel itself is nice, although it's not terribly close to a whole lot. There's plenty of free parking, and they offer a continental breakfast. I want to emphasize that we had a great experience with the staff there.

The manager was incredibly rude! We had asked to speak to him about the smoke detector battery alarm was going off in the early hours of the morning. We were wondering if we could maybe be given a slight discount or something for the inconvenience. We he called us he started the conversation with a rude tone. When we explained what happened he told us he could give us a battery so we could change it ourselves. We have stayed here before & were very disappointed this trip with the way the manager spoke to us and his unwillingness to listen to a customers concern

It's great if you have a car. There is Nothing within walking distance. But the room here was really nice. I enjoyed the shower and the free breakfast was good. People were nice.

I booked the reservation for 2 rooms each with a king bed. When I arrived, I was told they didn’t have those rooms available. And she said her manager noticed the day before that those rooms were not available. So one of our parties got stuck in a queen bed. Floor was nasty, shoes were sticking to the floors, hair in the bathroom. You couldn’t pay me to stay here again!

Overall my stay at this property wasn’t bad. The front desk was nice and helpful, check in was easy and fast, and there was breakfast included. Love a free breakfast! I just wasn’t happy with the cleanliness of my room. More specifically the bathroom. There was a Bobby pin, small piece of cardboard and hair on the floor,a strand of hair on the shower floor, and left over soap debris on the shower shelf. I was only there for the night after a football game so by the time I got in it wasn’t worth the complaint. This is something that could have easily been overlooked by the housekeeping team. Other than that, the room served its purpose.

I found my duvet with blood, and the pillowcases had not been changed, they had hair; the bath didn’t have any amenities.we stayed three days,they didn’t clean the room at all.

This was a great hotel for my family of 5. We need 2 queen beds and a pull out and sometimes they are extra pricey... this room came with 2 king and the single pull out. So much room the all 5 of us! It was clean and quiet and the beds were comfy! Recommend!

The rooms are too small and dirty for the price. There were nothing in the breakfast except juice. There were no shower gel in the shower. Please don’t waste your hard earned money on this hotel.

Run Away from this place
There is no hot water and no slolution by night. It is noisy as a lot of families stayed in one room :( Everything needs to be borrowed like Hair Dryer and you need to pick yourself .:( I booked it as some reviews said it is good but don’t trust it and I booked in a high price

Room service did not come even once on my 3 nights stay. No bed sheets changed, no new towels, they didn't even come to take out the trash. Even when we asked the front desk for room service, they apologized and told us they will have them come the next morning, but they never did. The pictures online does not accurately reflect the room you get. Pictures online are taken with the best lighting and angle; the actual room don't look so great. My room advertised a tub but what I actually got is a regular bathtub. There are stains on the chairs in the room and the furniture and decor looks outdated. The air conditioner is super loud and looks ancient. There is no safe box in the room. The complimentary breakfast consist of self served waffles, toast, yogurt, cereal, apples, oranges, juice and coffee. It's located close to Niagara falls but there's nothing much else to do around the area in terms of food, shopping or entertainment. Oh yeah, the pool was closed down. I recommend booking a hotel in Canada and not in Buffalo if you can find one for similar price. There's nothing to do in Buffalo.
