The hotel is great for its location and price point. The check in process was easy and the staff was nice. I personally think the parking fee is a lot for one night, paid $30. The room was big and spacious and clean and well as the bathroom. The AC in our room was so annoying , it made a loud sound which made it very difficult to sleep. Another issue we encounter is when we went for breakfast we walked in and took our food and then went to get a table to sit and there was none, we then decided we will leave with our food to go back to our room was was literally yelled at for doing that bec that is not allowed , there was a sign there that stated that which we didn’t see because some one was standing infront of it. I then saw a table with a reserve sign so I ask one of the staff if we could use it and she allowed us to use it . We later found out that when you enter the breakfast area you need to wait on someone to come to you , give them your room number and wait for them to tell you which table to use and then go get your food. When we enter the room we didn’t see any staff so we proceed to get our food which we would normally do at any hotel. They should have a sign outside or even when you check in with instructions so that the guest would know what to do as I notice we were not the only ones that was un aware of the rules. Bottom line is that we couldn’t even enjoy our breakfast at this point. The breakfast selections was not bad , area was small and crowded.

Basement floor in the main building smells like chlorine and a bit dumpy. But it’s a third time I’m staying there, location is wonderful, cleanliness, staff are great. It’s worth the money, plus simple breakfast is included.

I have stayed there before this would’ve been our third time nowhere did I mention I wanted a room with a view it cost us extra $20 for that. I realize we are not going to get the best room but when we asked to move they said they had no rooms left. I enjoy the Comfort Inn we ended up leaving at 11:45 because of the noise when I gave the front desk our keys she asked me why we were leaving and when I told her why then she asked us if we wanted to move to another room? So I probably will not be returning 👎

It’s in a very nice location , but when you enter it’s looks very nice, but the hall and rooms needs a little upgrade, plus they just have one elevator, if you don’t mind the wait. The staff very nice and breakfast was great

The only reason I booked this hotel because it promoted the room has a queen size bed, it is a lie! Double bed, and I have to share it with my daughter!!!

The staff was very attentive to our needs. Rooms are tidy and comfortable. The pool and spa area is well kept. The breakfast was all ghat we could ask for. It was nice to see people are working steadily at keeping the place in good condition.

Paid for two nights but stayed only one night. Checked out early. Bed mattresses were too soft. Tub too slow in draining. Water covering my feet. Toilet seat was like sand paper rough.

The lady who was there when we arrived was so rude and unhelpful also she put us beside the swimming pool which made my kids sick because of the Chlor that the swimming pools had. They also charged us for the parking even though they didn’t mention that we have to pay for it! The room was nice and clean but their customer service was bad

Price compared to other hotels in the immediate area was much better. Centrally located among all the major hotels, rooms were good, dated but for the price point definitely met expectations. I would stay there again if going to niagara falls.

A basic room was given to us at a premium price. It was clean but beds small, AC loud, toilet very low to the floor. Charged $23 parking. Breakfast ok but could be better. Indoor pool was good but did not use it.Location is good with 10 minute walk to the fall and you can take the inclined railway also at 2 minute away.

Ground floor was a little noisy from the streets and nearby restaurants. Beds weren’t the greatest, not horrific but I was glad to move on after the second night. Clean and walking easy walking distance to the tram or short walking distance to the falls if you don’t want to pay for the tram.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel several times and are very pleased. It’s extremely convenient to all of the sites, the rooms are kept very well, the bedroom is clean and comfortable, the free breakfast is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel.
