We stayed 3 nights in a 3 bedroom villa with our extended family and an additional 3 nights in a spacious king suite for our family of 4. It was an awesome experience from beginning to end. The food was great, the spa was exceptional and relaxing, and the pool was fun! We loved the service. Sy Phuc was very helpful throughout our stay. The entire staff is very friendly and polite. We will be back for sure!

The property was very beautiful and well kept. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. The views were extraordinary and the future developments will be amazing upon completion. I cant believe more people are not rushing to visit this wonderful place.

I guessed when going to Vietnam I come in communism. But! I fallen in love with this country. Hotel Vinpearl Resort Nha Trang has outstanding service and dedicated staff. Nothing problem. Only friendly smiles and Sin' Tyao ( Hallo! ) . Of course I'll come back.

Excellent and beautiful landscape combined with great staff services every where from the dining room, to high speed boat people to customer serices in the front office. Fault advertisements! This place advertised to be able to sleep 12 but when check in the charged us another $120 because we have 7 people. They only allowed 6 adults and 6 children. Also, the rooms we booked supposed to include with the amusement park entry fees. When we show up at park they want to change us $30 each. We didn’t want to pay another $210 we felt ripped off so we left!! Not a good place if you just want to spend time without family!! The food and scenery were fantastic bit the service was horrible!!

Overall great stay. The original resort has more amenities (spa, bigger pool, water activities, etc.) but rooms felt dated. I had difficulty reaching a live person prior to my stay to confirm details, still not sure if there is an english speaking front desk/customer service line. Had an amazing day at Vinpearland.

As a family of three, we had a wonderful time at this resort. We travelled in early October and the weather was superb and the resort wasn’t busy at all. There were no waiting times. The staff at the resort are all very friendly and we appreciated the care and help they provided us with everything. Nothing was too much trouble. We booked a grand room with a balcony and ocean view. For the tiny extra amount the extra space and views were definitely worth it. We had an extra bed in our room for our 11 year old son and there was still plenty of room. The pool is huge and we almost had it to ourselves often! We would love to come and stay again!

Buffet was great. On 1 of the days the dinner buffet was held at the pool side with live band. Lobster was served. The pool is massive though it would be better if have more shades. Beach is super clean but lack shades as well. There is a warning sign on jelly fish but still many people swimming away. Gym is reasonably big. There are bicycles and a tennis court. The room bed and pillow are comfortably soft. With a smart tv, you can even watch netflix. Wifi is available almost everywhere in the resort compound. Buying the amusement park ticket from the reception cost 880,000 per person. English occasionally a problem.

I was a little disappointed at the quality of the food there! Supposed to be a 5 stars but pretty ordinary food and not many variety of restaurants there either. The pool bar was pretty ordinary too comparing with that in Bali. Overall it was a good place but let down with little things to back up a unique holiday destination.

This is classed as a 5-star resort, but more realistically it rates more like a good 4-star. I has the gloss and facade, but the substance is lacking in a number of key areas. Staff were excellent, surroundings were great, pool was very pleasant and relaxing. Overall the food was very good, but one of our party was ill with stomach/gastro problems twice whilst at the resort, although the precise cause remains uncertain. Overall very good, but one questions whether it is truly "value for money", as it were. Staff were excellent, on the whole. Pools were great, child facilities were good. Food was great for quality and variety, as was our one and only experience with room service. Transport to and from the island was good fun, and mostly well handled.

Swimming pool is a bit dirty .Saw A LOT OF Dirt at the bottom of swimming pool .beach is clean , nice of staffs 4 sending us a piece of cake to our room on welcome day and our bed is nicely decorated with flowers . But the bathroom ,shower head is an old model.Room is getting old. phu Quoc room is bigger and is a lot better than Nha Trang.I would not come back here again but Vinpearl phu Quoc is yes.

Resort is nice and very kid friendly. However if you want to leave the resort takes a long time as you need to shuttle to ferry and ferry is once every half hour. Also the staff are not very friendly and so many rules.

The only slight criticism is that there is not that many restaurants to choose from. One night we ate in the a la carte restaurant and the other night the buffet. Excellent place for your family vacation. The views of the mountains and oceans were amazing. The pool is massive. It's a great place for young kids since there were many shallow areas and a kid area as well. Resort activities included the usual pool games and water aerobics. The kids really enjoyed the evening movies on the beach as well. The food at the buffet restaurants Jasmine, a la carte were also very good. Our family really enjoyed our Vinpearl stay and would recommend anyone to stay here. We also enjoyed the bowling alley and Karaoke facility on site as well!
