Great breakfast. Most variety of any included breakfast in vietnam. Really nice rooms and reception area. Awesome little rooftop pool. Great value for money. Feels very upper class for the price. Despite the low grade service and the obvious catering to the Russians, I thought the hotel was lovely, my room was beautiful with a sea view and a soaker tub, I utilized the small rooftop pool which had beach chairs and a little cafe area up top, with an honour bar which was fine as I enjoyed the privacy and quiet that the roof top offered. The beach was right across the street, and there were a ton of restaurants to choose from in all price ranges. If a la Quinta, Travel Lodge style hotel is what you're after then Victorian will be fine for you. No natural light in bedroom, swimming pool is the size of a large bath and the room wasn't exactly clean smelling.
