Als wir den Pool im 40\. Stock nutzen wollten – der groß beworben und als Highlight dargestellt wird – verlangte das Personal plötzlich zusätzliche Gebühren, die nirgendwo vorher erwähnt wurden. Transparenz gleich null, Service ebenso. Freundlichkeit oder Entgegenkommen: Fehlanzeige. Nachdem wir die Unterkunft daraufhin kontaktiert haben, kam lediglich eine freche und überhebliche Antwort, wir hätten ja ein „Zimmer-Upgrade“ erhalten und sollten dankbar sein. Wir sind zu zweit gereist und bekamen zwei Schlafzimmer. Welchen Mehrwert das ohne Kinder haben soll, ist fraglich – als Ausgleich für Mängel taugt es jedenfalls nicht. Der Zustand der Unterkunft ist enttäuschend: Der Boden im Wohnzimmer ist stark aufgequollen, das Badezimmer riecht unangenehm nach Gulli, und für eine einfache Fahrt mit dem Aufzug nach unten muss man bis zu 15 Minuten einplanen. Für zwei Nächte haben wir knapp 100 € bezahlt. Für diesen Preis gibt es in der Umgebung deutlich günstigere Unterkünfte mit besserem Standard. Diese haben vielleicht keinen Infinity Pool, dafür aber keine versteckten Zusatzkosten. Ironischerweise hätten wir den beworbenen Pool trotz des Preises nur gegen zusätzliche Zahlung nutzen dürfen. Fazit: Viel Marketing, große Versprechen – und am Ende mangelnde Transparenz, schlechter Service und ein enttäuschendes Gesamterlebnis. Ich empfehle, sich nach ehrlicheren Alternativen umzusehen.
