Highly recommended
I had a very pleasant check in after a bit of a long journey from my last location, including a pickup from the airport which was very appreciated. On top of that the staff are great, friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern and clean, the room is very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent!

It was, at one time one of my favourite hotels in Vietnam, it is not that any more! The hotel has become old and delapatated . To bad!

Clean safe friendly staff
A decent hotel in a good location . Room was large , clean and relatively quiet . The bathroom was tired and could be renewed but everything worked . The hot water was very hot and the movement from shower temp to scalding very small . You would not leave young children alone with the water running . The location was fine and i enjoyed my stay If you head own to the beach walk with the sea to your left and along the paved walkway at the sands edge and make sure go to the end and are aware of the pool area and bars .

Room is dated but large and comfortable. Bathroom in need of some work and a fresher look. A new curtain for the shower would go a long way. No coffee/tea facilities, no free water and most definitely no outdoor pool. As stated on your site. Staff were in the main very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is basic, egg and a roll or jam, noodles as well. Very close to beach, lots of places to eat around area. This hotel could be so much better with just a little work in places. Housekeeping was good and staff did supply hot water in a flask, when asked.

Value for money and confortable slip
It was my second visit at that hotel. For that budget its the best one. You get comfortable bed, clean room with all amenities, bathroom, safety box, fridge, tv. Hot water termos available upon request.

Great value off the beaten track
Great value, convenient location, the Hotel staff was very helpful. Hotel is dated but everything works.The beds ar very comfy. Make sure to eat at Yens next door. For blocks to the beach. Overall quite nice for the price.

The price was maybe a bit higher than other hotels around but they have a great breakfast included and they are right in the middle of the tourist area, close to the beach, bars and restaurants.

Ideal Hotel Close to Beach
Check in was a breeze. Room was fine & clean & quite large. We booked a double with another single bed. Bed was hard but extremely comfortable like in all Vietnamese hotels. Bathroom was large & had separate shower/tub with curtain. Floor flooded a little bit, but that I have rarely had a shower in VN where that doesn't happen. Large flat screen TV, mini bar & A/C all worked fine. Staff were wonderfully friendly, always remembered your name & room #, spoke very good English & couldn't do enough to help book tours, cars etc. Breakfast served on top floor with views of ocean & town was filling & served promptly. Typical choice but also had fresh juices, fresh milk (not just condensed as in many places) for Lipton tea & cafe sua da for husband. 5 min walk to beach & in middle of town. Can walk to most things.

staff very friendly, but mostly their English was poor, but always trying to help. Good clean, spacious rooms, with a good breakfast up on the 7th floor (lifts only go to the 6th) Excellent value for money. close to airport bus terminal. I would definitely go back, should I ever return to the Russian state of Nha Trang.

Great service, great staff
Arrived at hotel not knowing what to expect as sometimes the pictures don't match the reality. The hotel met all my expectations, it was centrally located, clean, quiet, the best staff at reception I have ever met. A special thanks to Anh who went out of her way to look after us. The girls on reception would greet us whenever we left or returned to the hotel and they professionally organised all our tours for us. It is not a 5 star hotel, but you are treated like a 5 star guest. The decor is getting dated but the rooms were very clean, quite large and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, much more and much better than I could have wished for. Laundry service was prompt and the wifi seemed better on the higher floors. I would definitely stay at this hotel again

A budget place ok for £15 a night.
A budget place ok for £15 a night. I stayed here for 2 nights in June 2014. The cost for a king sized bed in a decently sized rather outdated room with air con including breakfast for up to 2 people was £15 a night. It is advertised as 2 star and that is about where I would put it. It is well located – near the heart of the tourist area – lots of places to eat with some bars to drink in. BTW if you like clubbing the Sailing Club is modern and lively – full of young backpackers with great music. A local beer was £1.80 a bottle. The clean room had a safe and desk with a bathroom and a shower. The grouting around the bath was less than impressive. In 2 days I never managed to get any hot water despite leaving the system switched on for an hour and running the water for a long time. Shampoo, toothbrushes slippers etc are all supplied but no shower gel and only one small bar of soap. It also had a fridge but no complimentary water. There was a good sized modern LCD TV with CNN available. Wifi is free. The staff are friendly, helpful and want to please. Breakfast was for me, a problem. When on holiday I do not want to have to get up early. They finish breakfast at 9.00am. Second there is a choice of 10 types of main course and 10 drinks. I consider the Guesthouse as fine but I would look to find better were I to return (I paid the same price for a much better hotel in Central Saigon).

Comfortable stay with a great manager
Our stay at La Suisse started out with Duon (the hotel manager) realizing we had paid 610,000 dong for the taxi from the airport. She was clearly angry that we had overpaid, and tried to contact the taxi company but had trouble getting through. Ten minutes after getting us checked into our room, she called up to us and told us the driver was returning to give us 260,000 dong back as the standard charge from the airport was 350,000 dong. Duon was great the whole time we were there, suggesting restaurants and greeting us with a big smile each time we came into the lobby. As for the room, it was a little old and could use some updating, but it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty, and while it was a la carte, we found we had enough to eat each morning. Also, the beach was only a 5 minute walk away. This is definitely a good place to stay if you want a clean, inexpensive place to stay!

Hotel was in a good spot, handy to the beach. Room was of decent size, but dated. I guess we were spoilt coming from quality accomodation at Dalat for cheaper price. But customer service from Doan at reception was world class. Amongst other things she made our onward bus & rail bookings and arranged delivery of tickets to the hotel for a couple extra dollars. Only stayed one night. Thank you Doan!

We weren't expecting much coming from the low price range, however we were very pleased with the facilities and service that we recieved whislt staying here. Room was spacious and hygiene facilities were exceptional.

Short break in Nha trang
We stayed here for 4 nights with our friends for a short break while traveling from Hoi chi Minh to Hanoi. We paid for superior rooms which were very spacious with balconies and at the front of the hotel. It was a little noisy at times but it didn't stop us sleeping. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were plentiful. Area ok just a short walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants around. We cycled around the sights and really enjoyed the mud baths. But the traffic can be very scary!

We stayed here for 2 nights. And arrived after a long night train. The staff were friendly and allowed us an earlier check in once our room was ready which was around 11 am. Room was clean and comfortable. There was complementary breakfast on the top floor which was great you were able to order I meal item and one drink. We were always full and satisfied. There are lots of resturants near by. But not so many Vietnamese eating options which we were hoping for. It a close walk to the beach. And the hotel supplies beach towels at the front desk. We thought it was a good stay we even tried to stay an extra night but had no luck. As they were already full.

Cheap but not too cheerful
The room is very dated. The bathroom floor was always wet as the hose next to the toilet kept leaking. The receptionist was very nice when we arrived very early off the bus that we could stay next door if we liked. We checked it out but declined. We got in to a room pretty quick which was good. The people are friendly and helped us book a car to the airport last minute the next morning. Overall I wouldn't stay there again but at $30 a night it is centrally located so you can't argue with that.

Modestly priced hotel about 5 minutes from the beach. Staff were super friendly helping us book tickets to various local attractions and ongoing travel. Rooms are dated, but clean. Right by loads of bars and restaurants, but be warned late at night as lots of thieves wanting your valuables if you've had one too many!

Cheap enough but don't promise what they advertise
Clean hotel for a decent rate but when we asked for our free coffee/tea and bottled water (free in almost any hotel above $30) they rejected our request and said its not free with our room even when we showed them on Hotel.com we had to still buy our own. We took this room as it was recommended on Trip Advisor as a very friendly place to stay, we found them to be very fake. They were all about asking for the extra dollar once you had booked at the cheap rate and reminded us of their great reviews to redeem their below average services. Never again :(

Great Service
We received great service when we stayed at La Suisse hotel, we arrived early having travelled over night and were able to check in straight away at no extra cost. The room was clean and comfortable and as our room was at the back of the hotel very quiet. Breakfast had a limited western menu but was cooked to order and ok. The staff were very friendly and helped in any way they could.

Great service, friendly and helpful staff. Good location, not far from the beach and near good selection of restaurants. Comfortable beds, bathroom could do with an upgrade, we had a room on the 6th floor at the back, pretty noisy starting at 6.30 am as breakfast is prepared and served on 7th floor.

安宿慣れしてたらありです。
部屋はやたら広くて良いのですが、ちょっとボロいです。設備であると思っていた、バスタブは撤去された跡があり、ミニバーはありませんでした。 １階のロビーが、マッサージ屋に間貸しているので、初見では非常に分かりにくいですが、市内中心部の南側で、スーパーも近くにできたみたいで、何かと便利です。空港からも乗合バスで１本で行けました。 おんぼろスクーターのレンタルもできます。あとsea viewとのことですが、よーくみるとかろうじて見えるレベルです。
