#### Disappointing

The room was large, but that was the only good thing. The breakfast was terrible, unedible and there were ants everywhere. I tried to order room service at 6pm as I was ill. After 3 phone call attempts, the restaurant finally answered but spoke zero English. Okay, fair enough, I'll go upstairs and point at a menu. At first attempt that did not work as no one was up there. I then asked reception, who called someone. We then ordered food, the rice dish didn't look like rice, I think it was cous cous, and the noodle dish was of pot noodle quality. To make it worse, we then received tiny bottles of water from the price of larger bottles. Another couple ordered, saw our food and then cancelled their order and left. Correct decision! I then asked how much for late checkout, and it was cheaper for me to book another night. Had I not been ill I would have left.

#### Disappointing, don't bother.

Booked a non smoking room, room smelt of smoke, not great when you're asthmatic and you have an infection. Breakfast is the worst I've seen whilst I've been backpacking around Asia, inedible. Ants everywhere in the restaurant and bathroom. Dinner was terrible. When I called, the restaurant spoke zero English. Fine, I thought I'd go up and order instead. When I did that (6pm), there was no one at the restaurant. So I asked reception what time it opened, she said 5pm (7 hours later than the in room menu says), I pointed out it was 6pm and no one was there, so she radioed someone. We then ordered noodles and rice dishes, the noodle dish was basically an instant pot noodle, the rice dish didn't even look or taste like rice! I think it was cous cous. We were then charged for 0.5l of water each and given tiny bottles. The food menu was more expensive than the room service menu, great consistency. A Russian couple saw our meals and the restaurant's inability to act like a restaurant and cancelled their order and left, correct decision. I asked if I could pay for late checkout as I had an infection. It turns out it was cheaper for me to book another night online, another notch on the fine service. The only pros were the room size was decent, the location wasn't bad and it was cheap. The hotel has a moto "striving for perfection", they need to strive a lot more, because they are far from it. Not a 3\* hotel, I've stayed in much nicer lower rated hotels and hostels.

Pænt, lidt slidt hotel. Forfærdelig morgenmadsbuffet - vi måtte købe morgenmad i byen i stedet. Receptionisterne taler meget dårligt engelsk. Det ligger i udkanten af centrum.

Отель чистый, номера небольшие, есть кондиционер, фен,холодильник, телевизор,интернет.Завтраки немного однообразные,хотелось бы побольше фруктов. Обслуживающий персонал доброжелательный и отзывчивый.Сначала нас поселили на 8 этаже, там почему-то не подключался интернет. И нам предложили переехать в комнату на 10 этаже,причём комната оказалась гораздо просторнее (без доплаты)Местоположение довольно удобное, пляж в 5-10 минутах ходьбы,много магазинчиков на любой вкус и кошелёк, недалеко остановка автобуса, уехать можно в любой конец города, туристические агенства, салоны красоты, масссажисты, красивый сквер на берегу моря, на газоне тренажёры, можно позаниматься в любое время.Рядом фруктовый рынок и ночной рынок с сувенирами, можно торговаться.Отель небольшой, но очень уютный!
