Not the best
Very helpful and welcoming staff, but the facilities were old and it wasn't the cleanest hotel. It's located close to the beach on a touristy area. A little bit noisy since the walls are super thin. Overall it was ok, but I've seen better in Vietnam.

CR Hotel a nice little place to stay
Amazing place to stay for such a low price. Sure the alley it's in looks a little sketchy at first but it's totally safe and there's also some good restaurants in it and around the corner that don't charge an arm and a leg. The beach is a very short walk away (the time it takes to play one song). So many restaurants in the area it would take you a year to try them all. And the front desk ladies are all so nice, as others have commented. Always greeting you with a sincere, genuine smile even though they must see each guest a few times a day. The room itself is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. The water in the showers is now hot I can report (a complaint from older reviews). So if you're on a budget and just want a clean, decent, well located room without paying an arm and a leg, this place fits the bill.

The best budget hotel in town!
We arrived earlier than check in time but the room was ready. This hotel is located in an alley just beside the big street. We were quite sceptical about the location when we arrived but after meeting the staffs we were glad with our choice. I would say that Muslim’s are rare in Nha Trang (especially women in hijabs) but the staffs here made we feel very welcomed. We would definitely choose this hotel again next time if we are coming back.

Confused at how it's rated so high
Bed is just a foamy. Bats flying at you when walking to the room at night. There is no beach until low tide (pictures are taken to make it seem like there is). Towels were old and stained. The staff is really good though

Nice and helpful staff, but be careful with rental
I enjoyed my stay here as the staff were lovely however I was left with a bitter feeling at the end due to an incident with my rental. A big word of warning about scooter hire here (and anywhere in Vietnam). I was forced (they keep your passport until check out) to pay 14million Dong ($814 AUD) replacement cost for my rental that was stolen (White Honda Wave plate: 79-N1-36094) while parked near the beach at night for a few minutes. Lesson painfully learnt, always keep an eye on your rental, otherwise only park in paid areas that give you a ticket (don't loose this).

Everything was good! We'll definitely come back.
My family stayed in 3 rooms and all was really clean and nice. Staff were pleasant and helpful, the area was save and nice - very close to the beach; different activities around, in the heart of Nha Trang's tourist center... However, the hotel is in a small alley and has no parking place. So we had to park from quite a distance. If they would have had a garage, this hotel would have been perfect. Anyway, we all enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Nice quiet location although very centrally located in the main tourist area. A number of local restaurants, a little fruit and vegetables market and motorbike rental are available just opposite the hotel.

The lady at receptionist was very helpful and kind. Hotel is surrounded by a lot of good eating places as well as spa. The night market and beach is at walking distance. Amazing deal, would come back again if visiting Nha Trang.

My friend and I stayed here for one night during our time in Hanoi. Quick check in and friendly staff. We found the room quite dirty and there was a lot of small ants all over the room. We didn't get any blanket so the night was very cold. Big disappointment that the breakfast was served in check in lobby. Wouldn't book this again.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We loved that it was a 5 mins walk to the beach, right off the main street but still offered a quiet environment since it is in a small alley. The staff was wonderful! We stayed for 7 nights and would certainly come back the next time we are in the area.

This hotel was very close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The front desk was accommodating and friendly. They gave us towels to go to the beach when we arrived early. They also booked us bus tickets. The beds were comfy and the air conditioning worked well. The only issue we had was water was warm, but not hot, which was ok since the weather was quite hot and a cool shower was appreciated.

CR Hotel was perfect for the price. Walking distance to the beach and many great restaurants. The receptionists were incredibly helpful. They helped get train tickets, discounts on mud baths, helped me top up my sim card, and were very friendly in doing so. The cleaning staff does a great job. The hotel room was very clean. We did have a few ants here or there in the room but they were harmless and there were not many of them. The wifi worked sufficiently, but a bit slow in the evenings as with most places in Vietnam. I would stay here again.

CR Hotel - great.
Great stay at CR Hotel. Location was a little hard to find at first, but once found it was great. Hotel service was great, and so were the rooms. We had the deluxe rooms w/ balcony. Would stay here again next time I'm in Nha Tran.

Good hotel in quiet alley
Only stayed here for a night, booked one of the cheapest rooms (without windows) and found it adequate. Rainfall shower head was a nice touch and it was good to have a choice between air con and a fan. Not worth the high season price though!

We picked the hotel for its budget price and good rating from Expedia. It was only a few meters from the main road and very conveniently located where everything is in walking distance. The hotel was very small and basic, but clean and more than enough for what we paid for. Receptionists were friendly as well. There was no swimming pool or breakfast, but not only food was just around the corner, we went to Nha Trang for a beach holiday, so a pool was not necessary.

This hotel is just perfect if you do not want to spend a lot of money and still like to stay in a solid accomodation! Its clean and the bathroom is great! Great value for price and great location!

This is a great hotel and really good value. Although it's tucked away and a little hard to find, it's well worth it. It was clean, comfortable and close to many shops,good restaurants and to the beach. The staff were truly lovely, especially the receptionists, they were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Even the security guard helped with my taxi to the train station at 4.15 am. There is some building work going on next door, however this is not the fault of the hotel and it didn't really bother me. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend it to other travellers.

Great hotel, clean rooms and great aircon. Perfect location 5mins to beach, lots of nice restaurants right next door. Very welcoming staff that couldn't do enough for us. We booked tours & our bus through the front desk which was so easy & helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Building work next door didn't affect us, in fact it helped us get up and go explore.

Nice and cheap hotel, close to the beach.
This was my second stay here and you get a good level of comfort for the price that you pay. The ladies at reception are very nice people and trustworthy. When you leave your money, passport, etc. with them for safekeeping, they give you an itemised receipt. There is construction work in the building next door that starts at 7 am and finishes at 5 pm which is annoying. This is scheduled to be completed by end of Sept.

Big room with no frills in a prime location
CR was initially hard to find because it is in between 2 alleys on a back street from the main road. But after getting there, everything was good! The room was large and fairly clean. Nothing fancy but does the job. The beach is 2 streets away and there is a lot to eat and do all within arms reach. Very good location. The staff are friendly and are doing their best to learn English which we appreciated and they helped us organize a bus for our next destination. Thank you for the great stay!

Good Value for money.
CR hotel suited us during our stay in Nha Trang. The reception staff were so lovely and helpful, and weren't pushy with tours. The room was good value with a clean bathroom and comfy bed. CR hotel was a bit hard to find as it's off a side street, but otherwise good value for money.

Tucked away and safe.
If you insist on staying near the tourist areas and all the that goes along with it. This place is a treat. I opted for the better room more and it was well worth it. Nice balcony that looked over a small quiet alley, comfortable bed, mind you not a 5 star bed but actually quite nice. Everything is just out the door. The small restaurants on the corner are very good and the locals in this small alley are genuinely nice. My only issue is what happens late at night on the main drag. Keep your hands on your pockets and don't get sloppy drunk. I never felt physically in danger but my money did. Got to try the fish burritos (only Mexican stand) on the street just to the west of this place. KT restaurant next to the hotel is rather good and you can even order whole roasted frog. Yum? Staff is wonderful.

Never update me when change of hotel name which make me spend quite some time finding it. Hot water for shower was not really hot. But room is big. Can fit 2 queen size bed which 4ppl can stay.

We stayed here 3 nights (extended an extra night from our original booking). The hotel was very clean and room had good facilities. The staff were so friendly - they sorted out our onwards travel and kept us updated when our pick-up arrived late. They even gave us free cake as it was the managers birthday! Overall great hotel, great service (but not too invasive). I'd stay here again.

Nice & Clean Hotel with great location.
Nice and clean hotel but there's some design set backs which make it uncomfortable to sleep during the day. Lighting inside bathroom is also not bright enough as with many of the hotels in Vietnam. Staff is friendly. Reasonably priced.

My family (2A2C) stayed here for three nights. We had a balcony room with city views. The hotel is accessed by an alley and we were on the alley side so the room was quiet. For four of us the rooms were a little cramped. Good food found nearby. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We spent one day on Vinpearl, for the 12&15yo it was a great place for the water slides and rides. Very clean and no traffic there so a nice break from busy streets!

It gets very noisy at night because of the people in the nearby night clubs, who are singing karaoke very loudly.
