Hotel fantastique
Un vrai palace avec 2 piscines, bar, 3 restaurants et plage privé. Chambre luxueuse et confortable avec balcon privé et vue sur la plage. Wifi parfait.

Les chambres dites CLUB sont une véritable arnaque,cela n'en vaut absolument pas la peine. Chambre confinée comme un bunker. Autant choisir une chambre standard. Les chambres ne relèvent d'aucun charme sauf les suite clubs (+300 Euros/nuit en basse saison). Sinon c'est un très bel établissement avec une agréable piscine et un superbe spa. Concernant le service,toujours au top comme on a tant l'habitude chez LEELA.

En juillet, basse saison, hôtel quasi vide mais bien entretenu d une manière générale. Buffet du matin extra et personnel de salle excellent. Belle vue et chouette piscine. Plage quasi inaccessible vu les vagues. Très bel hôtel mais cher.

The Leela Kovalam is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The hotel staff go over and beyond to make your stay and experience a very comfortable one. The dining experience is also fantastic where you get to savour local Kerala delicacies. This place is highly recommended whilst visiting Trivandrum.

I cannot say enough good things about this gorgeous property! From the time we checked in, to our checkout, we were treated like royalty! The front office manager Reshma T. Made our entire stay very pleasant and was always available with a helping hand! A new intern by the name of Olivia brought a smile to our faces each time she greeted us warmly! The dining was amazing and the sightseeing around the property left us totally captivated! Kerala is truly God’s own country!

The location, the food and service are top class. Would stay there again. So many choices of nutritious, healthy and tasty vegetarian food in every meal. Walk to the beach is a bonus. The staff are not being themselves when on the job; the customers and the upper management don’t seem to treat the hard working staff well; they are being treated like robots. This issue is not particular to this property but applicable to many other resorts.

Lovely relaxing location on the Arabian Sea. Staff were so hospitable and so friendly. We cannot say enough about the staff! We stayed in the Club Room section. Rooms were very nice and very clean and infinity pool and loungers were wonderful. We had a balcony overlooking the sea and were able to watch the fisherman diving in the morning. In the club section you also have access to an extra dining area in the cafe which was lovely. We adored the staff in there. The Leela was the perfect place to end our three week tour of India. 5 stars!

Excellent location, on the beach with great views of the sea including sunset views. The infinity pool and the bar are excellent locations to spend an evening. Hospitality at their restaurants is great as well.
