Very friendly staff. Very modern and clean. Lovely little bar but draught beer a bit stale. Dinner starter extremely small but tasty and main courses -one was excellent and the other poor. No one checked on how we liked the food and we had to mention to server as they just took the plates away. Server said she would let the chef know. Chef came out to speak to us but was very aggressive and defensive about the food. Discussion didnt go well and it spoilt our stay as breakfast was a bit awkward the next day. Breakfast delicious but tiny portion and advertised as a full scottish breakfast.
