The room was newly remodeled but there was very distinct mildew smell in the bathroom and spreading throughout the rest of the room. Had to sleep with loud bath fan going all night. Bed was comfortable and bath was clean. If they fix the smell it’s a good place to stay and reasonably priced. Staff was very courteous.

Room is very dirty. There are insects, spider webs, torn bedsheets, dirty furniture. I asked hotel staff to change the room, but he mentioned that since it’s via 3rd party, they can’t change the room.

The room was very clean. Towels were clean sheets were clean. I always bring Clorox wipes and wipe remote, light switches, and surfaces. They were clean! The wipe was not dirty at all. There are a few updates that would make this a 5 star review. A few more options on the breakfast buffet, an attachment on the bottom of the doors to the rooms (there is a gap) which makes it noisy. Our door also didn’t latch, had to push it, or pull it, to latch. I would stay again because it was clean.

The recent remodel has made the rooms more comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was almost nonexistent. Only apples and a waffle iron. Truck noise from the highway a block away was annoying but I was on the side of the builsing closest to the road.

breakfast was the same thing 6 days in a row, nothing hot except waffles swimming pool wasn't unlocked on time in the morning, you had to find someone in the office to unlock it, and once you got in you could easily get locked in the pool. the door to our room was extremely hard to open and close

Our room was comfortable and spacious. That part was ok. My husband forgot his shampoo and I handed him the small hotel bottle. It was half empty and was sticky to touch. I checked the other bottles. The lotion was the same way. We were given used shampoo and lotion. This hotel advertised Free Breakfast. Free breakfast was very disappointing. Coffee from a vending machine, no fresh fruit, no eggs, meat, etc.. We had waffles and mini donuts. We paid $145 for this lack of service.

This was a really stay! I read the reviews before booking, but I was very pleasantly surprised on the comfy bed and pillows. I just stayed for one night as I had a wedding in Newton. I'd stay here again!

The bed was great! However, the phone and the fridge did not work. In the bathroom some tiles were broken; It was hard to avoid stepping on pieces of grout. I paid for a refrigerator and breakfast and did not receive either of those services.
