The sheets obviously had not been changed, hair all over the bathtub, floor and bedding. Smelled of mold. No breakfast. And the pool was dry.

Filthy! Bed, furniture, walls, graffiti on doorframe of bathroom, food in fridge, food in dresser, torn up chair, food on front of microwave! We checked out minutes after getting there.

This property is horrible. Dirty rooms from smell when you open the door, dirty carpet, stains and spots on sheets, crumbs on sheets when top blanket was moved, top blankets, pillow covers, towels. Fridge was dirty, dead bug around the corners of the room. When these concerns were brought to manager we were told we had to remake the beds prior to being refunded. No cleaning staff on site. DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION!!!!! My family was here for a funeral, total disappointment to an already emotional trip.

When we went into the room, we were confronted with absolute bills. The dresser tops, and everything else that could collect dirt was dirty. Not dusty, dirty. Toilet head hair all over, tub was filthy, and obviously had not been cleaned well at all. Toilet, extremely dirty, refrigerator spilled food inside the refrigerator, bed, head, stains on the linen, literally just about everything was dirty. My wife and I had brought hand sanitizer, hand wipes, two containers, so we used them to wipe down most of the countertops and all of the appliances, Refrigerator and all of the bathroom floor areas. We were unable to relocate to another hotel due to availability so we stayed for the three days. However, I went and spoke with the gentleman at the front desk(owner). I brought photographs of the filth, photographs of the trash, photographs of the refrigerator inside, etc. as I looked around dining area, it was obvious that the motel appeared completely run down and neglected. The empty containers that I gave the owner which I had found in the refrigerator, were still where I set them down three days afterwards. No one had even taken time or concern to throw them away, even though he was standing there and could've easily done so. The "breakfast" was shameful. Absolutely nothing to drink, there were three choices, honeybun, power bar, or a chocolate chip cookie. Those were the breakfast choices. There was an out of order sign on the coffee machine and the juice machine.

Room #104 smoke alarm dismantled! Black hair left in tub drain. Tub walls had mold. Tray under coffee pot was dirty. No cup to take medicine. Mgt bit present at 7:15am. Photos of all!

Was very disappointed with cleanliness. Clipped hair in tray for ice holder. Shower curtain covered with mildew. Micro filthy. Bed end tables were covered with soda stains (residue). Overall the room was dirty. Leads me to believe it was not sanitized from Covid 19 issues.

The carpet was gross. The sheets where stained and dirty. The comforter was old and smelled. The lights above the sink didn't work. There was mold in the bathtub. The floor in the bathroom area was wet. Stains on the ceiling. Clientele was on the balcony above us cooking on the balcony and letting stuff leak above our door.

Totally unlivable, very dirty, spider cobwebs Jewelery, laying under the bed mice feces in the bathroom tray, black mold on the bathroom ceiling, no drain, cover stained tub, toilet, dirty, toilet basin dirty beds disheveled and stained sheets floors and not vacuumed dirty, stained mirror and dirty refrigerator and microwave. We checked out as soon as we saw the three rooms. All the same filthy.

Disgusting. Don’t stay here. BED BUGS!
From first glance everything looked good. I started to check in and I was handed a key for room 110 and told to “check the room”. Never have I done that before, so I did and the first room was disgusting, stains on the pillows, sheets, and bed, tile floor was slick and “wet looking”, bugs dead on the bathroom floor, towels were stained and dirty, mold all over the shower and on the ceiling above the beds, paint peeling off the roof. Just extremely nasty. I went back to the front and told him no thanks. Ended up getting a key for 113, wasn’t clean either but it wasn’t as bad as the first room (I thought). Floors still sticky and shiny on the tile, mold, whatever, but the beds looked better so I took it. Stayed the night for a few hours and left because I kept waking up. Well, the next day, I’M COVERED IN BED BUG BITES. Back, hips, forehead, all over, and I didn’t even stay but maybe 6 hours. I don’t recommend this place to anyone, ever. I’d rather sleep in the work truck with 3 other dudes. Hardcore pass on this hotel.

The room could have been just a little cleaner in the bathroom. The biggest concern was the huge gap at the threshold of the entry door. I was a little nervous that rodents could crawl under it.

This is the worst hotel I have ever been in. Nothing was cleaned. Shavings and toothpaste left in sink. Mildew and show prints on sheets. Had to sleep fully clothed on top of covers. Dirty unwashed towels. Crack in door to let light in but that didn't matter after the mess only slept 3 hours and ran away.

It's the better of only 2 commercial lodging in town. It's close to Walmart and lots of fast food rest. The TV is a large screen and good choice of channel selection. Need some regular maintenance and checklist for house keeping. No one is checking before guests check-in

Close to shopping and eateries. It's the only decent motel in Newton. The other motel is basically "pay by the hour" motel. Other motels/ hotels better are 20 miles away

Location was OK The room was dirty. The washcloth was stained. There was a full trash can in the dresser I checked for bed bugs and found that the mattress pad was gross
