Situated right by the Roadrunner Trail, these ski-in/ski-out retreats provide easy access to the slopes. The 76-unit complex features a variety of condo sizes, ranging from cozy studios to spacious two-bedroom condos, ensuring there's something for everyone. While each unit is individually owned and may vary slightly in amenities, guests can enjoy shared facilities including an outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, and a cozy common room with a fireplace. Bedroom bunkbeds are twin over full and twin over twin. Divider wall has been added to upstairs bedroom to create two separate rooms. Linens Linens, towels, pool towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Level / Floor 3 (No Elevator) Air Conditioning Unit(s) operational from Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day Weekend. Coffee / Coffee Maker Traditional drip coffee maker and startup supply of coffee is provided. Bringing additional filters and coffee is recommended. Parking Permits One parking permit per unit. We were looking for a close and affordable little rental within the same town as my family‘s home and this fit the bill; a little outdated with a carpet, but had everything else we needed for our quick stay because we really were just using it as a base to come and go somewhere else all day. The place has a very comfortable couch for the early morning coffee!I have to say it was so incredibly quiet at night there, which I was surprised at for a condo. (We probably lucked out with nobody on either side of us.) And although the bed was a full size bunkbed, the mattress was pretty comfy. ##### Junean E. This was a great spot to spend a few days. We were able to walk to the brewery for dinner, and spent a bit of time in the hot tub when rain made the skiing less fun. Comfortable furniture.
