Comfortable, spacious and a good location, with fairly good views over fistral beach. The apartment could be superb, but it is badly let down by lots of small niggles. No plugs in either bathroom sink and a badly leaking shower hose, both were fixed while we were staying. Heated towel rail did not work in the bathroom, reported, but not fixed, the plumber hadn't been told apparently. It's for six people and only has four mugs, drawers in two bedrooms are in poor condition and difficult to use, extractor fans were full of dust. Many of the double glazing units were condensed, the bin in the kitchen area would not stay closed.. I could go on. All in all it needs some tlc and is greatly lacking compared to other properties a few doors away. We have stayed in many apartments and would not class this one as a luxury apartment as advertised. It felt a bit grubby in places and many of the drawers in the bedroom could not be opened. The master shower is leaking at the connection, baseboards are falling over in the kitchen and while the furniture is adequate, it’s not very comfortable.
