Cinq 5 Zinc is a contemporary and inviting two-bedroom apartment, ideally located just a short walk from Newquay's Fistral Beach, making it the perfect base for both adventure seekers and those looking to relax. Whether you're eager to catch the waves or take in the stunning coastal scenery, this ground-floor retreat offers comfort and convenience, with a spacious layout ideal for families or couples.  
  
The apartment features a bright and airy open-plan living space, designed for relaxation and socialising. The lounge area is comfortably furnished with two plush two-seater sofas and a coffee table, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. A large Smart television is provided for your entertainment, and large patio doors open onto a private outdoor terrace, offering a lovely spot for al fresco dining or simply enjoying the fresh air. The dining area, situated next to the kitchen, has a sleek glass table with seating for four, creating an inviting space for meals or friends and family gatherings. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, making it easy to prepare meals for the whole family.  
  
The apartment's main bedroom is a peaceful retreat, with a standard double bed, built-in wardrobe, and a comfortable chair for relaxation. The second bedroom, located on the lower ground floor, features zip and link beds that can be set up as a king-size bed for a restful night's sleep. This room has direct access to a private rear patio terrace, offering an additional outdoor space to enjoy. The family bathroom is designed with practicality in mind, featuring a shower over the bath, a WC, and a wash basin, along with a heated towel rail. The apartment also includes a separate WC, as well as a handy storage cupboard equipped with a washer/dryer, clothes airer, and essential cleaning supplies.  
  
With free Wi-Fi and central heating throughout, the apartment ensures you stay comfortable during your visit, whether you're relaxing indoors or exploring the nearby beach and town.
