Indulge in coastal luxury at this breathtaking family retreat in Newquay. At 1 Island Reach, you'll find yourself just steps away from pristine beaches, endless family attractions and a wealth of restaurants and bars. Featuring four elegantly designed bedrooms, sumptuous soft furnishings and an exquisite sun terrace with sweeping ocean views as far as the eye can see, 1 Island Reach offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable family getaway in an utterly desirable location.  
  
Set across four thoughtfully designed floors, 1 Island Reach welcomes you into the rear entrance hall on the ground floor. Here, you will find a convenient utility room with a wash/dryer and a separate cloakroom with a wash basin and WC. Stairs then lead down to the lower ground floor, a cosy little den complete with a comfortable sofa, and television. There is also a desk, providing a study space, should you need to work while away. The second entrance, located at the front of the house, leads directly to the main street, just moments from Towan Beach.  
  
On the first floor, you will find bedrooms two and three. Bedroom two features a 6' super king-size bed (which can be converted as twin single beds, on request), a television, fitted wardrobe, sliding Juliet balcony with glistening sea views and an en-suite shower-room. Bedroom three features 3' twin single beds (which can be converted as a super-king size bed on request), a fitted wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom.  
  
The master bedroom is located on the second floor, boasting a sumptuous 6' super king-size bed, a television, fitted wardrobe, Juliet balcony with sea views and a sleek en-suite shower-room. While bedroom four houses comfortable twin single beds. The family bathroom completes the second floor, beautifully appointed with a bath with shower over, wash basin and WC.  
  
On the spacious third floor, enjoy unforgettable moments with loved ones in the bright, open-plan living area, which seamlessly blends the kitchen, dining, and sitting spaces. Large floor-to-ceiling windows flood the room with natural light, offering unparalleled views across Newquay Bay. The sitting area is designed for comfort, with a plush sofa and a swivel cuddle chair, positioned perfectly to utilise the view. Open the Juliet balcony and sip your morning coffee while watching surfers glide across rolling waves.  
  
The spacious kitchen is sleek, stylish and superbly equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Special family moments ignite around the large dining table with seating for eight guests. 1 Island Reach is also equipped with a Tannoy integrated sound system, motion sensor lighting and underfloor heating throughout, creating both comfort and ambience.  
  
Retreat to the fourth floor, where you can fully embrace the beauty of your seaside setting. This level features a charming additional seating area, with bi-fold doors that open to your sun-drenched roof terrace. This idyllic space is perfect for enjoying a sunset tipple as golden hues paint the sky, casting a warm glow over the bay. On ground level, there is also an outdoor shower and secure surf store for water sport equipment. With all this to enjoy, plus the endless attractions of Newquay just moments away, 1 Island Reach offers a truly luxurious retreat for the whole family to indulge in.
