Swiffered the inside floors immediately to find endless dirt and black dog hair. Used more than 5 dry and then wet cloths and all were black. I could not get them clean. Bought flip flops that night to wear in house. The bath towels smelled of mildew and the kitchen floor was rotting in the high traffic area. Unable to use back yard for my dog since it had broken glass in the lawn. The renter next store played loud music all night, and their smoking entered our side of the building. On a Friday night he pulled in at 3am, 5 am, 7 am… blaring rap music and sat in his car playing it for more than 15 minutes. The neighborhood had a lot of run down homes and empty businesses. It was not a nice place and I did not feel safe. ##### Christine H. Less than 10 minute drive to work, and close to some neighborhood parks. The shared wall of this duplex is in the living room, and that makes the bedrooms on either end of the house. The place is comfortable and the landlord responds quickly to text message. The place is very spacious for the price. The hardwood floors are in very good condition as well. This listing is one half of a duplex, so there will be people on the other side of the living room wall that share a common foyer. The walls are a little thin. The surrounding area doesn't leave great first impressions, but the street the house is on is the nicest in the neighborhood and I did not have any issues with any of the neighbors. ##### Nikko V.
