I have to re-think my membership with Hilton. Please avoid this location unless you have no other recourse. Paying for parking was crazy, the nasty attitudes of a couple of staff members was a turn off. The rooms were dated and not that clean … I may stick to Airbnbs going forward.

Upon entering the hotel looks good & updated. I hate that I can’t say the same for the rooms. First room they gave me had blood stains on the blanket. They didn’t even try to put it where it can’t be seen. Right on the top by the pillow, blood stains. Immediately went downstairs & was given a different room but by then my trust was broken. The only reason I was able to stay at the hotel is because I had microban & sprayed the entire room down. This hotel is old & outdated. The back of the lamp was dusty as if they didn’t think anyone would notice that they didn’t clean behind it. The blanket on the bed was super thin. Carpet is yuk! I will not stay nor recommend this hotel. I’m a bit of a snob about the conditions I sleep in & unfortunately this place did not meet my standards. I will say the front desk guy was great! He immediately called house keeping about the stains & gave me a different room. Much appreciated

Nice Hotel.
Nice business hotel. convenient to shopping in the area. room was clean, but it was obvious that there was a severe leak in the bathroom at some point and repaired improperly or there is still a leak.

Stay didn’t start off too good. Immediately after check-in w/in 10-15 mins, I had someone try to enter my room w/out my knowlegde, while in the restroom. This really had me shaken, so I went back dwnstairs to lobby front desk & made rep aware, however she said she had no knowledge of maintenance or anythg. But shortly after my return to the room, maintenance did knock & say they had a request from front desk at that moment however, it wasn’t them prior to me alerting front desk of someone previously trying to enter room, like a forced entry. Had I not locked & secured steel square across the door, this colud have been worse, in my opinion & didn’t make me feel safe, since mantenance said it was’t them !!

I've stayed at this location for many years. They have always offered continental breakfast and free parking, but no more. The site mentions nothing of having to pay $15 per person for breakfast or a daily parking fee. Rates are high enough, so these should still be free. Read carefully when booking directly on their site. Carpet under the bed had NOT been cleaned since whenever, and also had a bad smell. I will NO LONGER book at Hilton Garden Inn, regardless of the location.

Well the hotel was ok for starters. The walls weee super thin. I can hear people having a conversation. There was rust on the shower head and it was loose. On top of that Simone knocks on the door the next morning saying they need do drill a hole on the wall while me and my man are in the bed. That could’ve waited until check out. Just so ghetto and unprofessional. I was shocked. Also you shouldn’t have to bed for room service. It’s common sense that people are going to use towels and washcloths. That should be a given. Never again.

The proximity to restaurants and freeway access is great but the hotel itself was not a good experience. When we first checked in they gave us a room that smelt awful as if it hadn’t been cleaned or attended to in a while. The smell was unbearable so we asked to be moved to a different room. Then our last night there as my fiancée, 2 month old daughter and family were walking into hotel three masked men came in behind them attempting to rob everyone. They fled the scene because of the amount of people in the lobby but when the dissatisfaction was expressed to the manger about the overall experience (smell of the room and negligence of safety for guests) she brushed it off by saying “well no one was hurt so….” I understand there are some things out of their total control but as a manager to express no empathy or apology for the horrible experience is ridiculous and unacceptable!

We are sorry to hear about the experience you had during your stay with us. However, after looking over the camera footage, there was nothing to indicated that the 3 young men were trying to rob anyone. While they were wearing ski masks--this does not mean they were trying to rob anyone. We did not see any weapons, and they turned and left fairly quickly. As soon as they left, the security guard and night auditor on duty made a very concerted effort to make sure the property was secure and the gentlemen were gone. We also comped a room night for your feeling of safety and other issues that you had during your stay. We do appreciate your feedback and your business. While we can not control who enters our hotel, we can control the feeling of safety.
