Price was pretty good so won’t blast them too hard. Also there is a major renovation happening. Didn’t realize this when I booked online. Had to enter from rear of property when we arrived to check in. Pleasant staff during our visit. Asked to pay using cash when we checked in but card was charged anyway morning of departure. After I asked if they could reverse charges staff agreed and took care of on just an unnecessary annoyance. Lots of very good food in the area. We were visiting family a few miles away and ended up coming back within a few blocks of hotel several times.

The representative at guest check in, Duane. He was amazing. We had a horrible time at our original hotel. They had overbooked and sent us to a hotel next to them. This one had no rooms, then they did. Then they were comped and then they werent. I went on expedia and found this hotel. Upon arrival we were frustrated and defeated. The construction apperance wasnt helping. Duane greeted us and was hands down the best. He reassured us. He was exactly what we needed in that moment. He couldnt believe what happened. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and poliet. The hotel was clean. Even though the pool was under construction it was still a great stay. I would definitely rebook here. Duane needs raise or a promotion. He made my weekend so much better.

Very nice and comfortable. Staff is excellent!!! Good location!!! Just didn’t like the leaf blowing at 8am on Sunday morning… I’m not sure if the worker worked for the hotel or the restaurant across the parking lot, but it was very disturbing

My daughter and I stayed here for a weekend and it was perfect. The customer service we received from Duane was ASTOUNDING!!! The breakfast was AMAZING!! We will definitely stay here again.

This is a typical Hampton. Pretty good shape and cleanliness, but not out of the ordinary. Good restaurant right in the same complex within walking distance. Most Hamptons have good coffee in the lobby 24/7, but this one doesn't. They have in-room coffee. I prefer the lobby.
