A bit more flexibility on their behalf during that time would have been nice (clearing people from the breakfast area with a broken elevator and no way to access upper floors). The property was clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was the hotel had a light mildewy smell but the staff was very friendly. Our toilet stopped working in the middle of the night on our first night. That morning I reported the issue and the lady at the front had maintenance come straight down to fix it. The room was well furnished and clean and updated. They seem to lack enough staff to keep the place going, but the staff that was working was pleasant and helpful. Our toilet broke but they did come and fix it. Breakfast bar was a joke. No coffee was made one morning and no sugar available another morning. Very small selection of breakfast items.
