This unit is super close to everything and has a great view of the marina. My husband enjoyed the view of the yachts. Great restaurants, bars and shopping within a few minutes. My 70 year old parents and myself were coming to town for a wedding and have never been to the area. We stumbled upon this and are so happy we did! Great location you can walk to everything in downtown Newport area! Unit was clean and parking was easy! The one complaint I have is there is very minimal lighting. Bill responded quickly after the initial inquiry. Rental went smoothly! Super clean, well equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and enough comfy seating. This is a great location. You can walk to pretty much everything. We are walkers so we didn’t mind walking as far as the Mooring restaurant and beyond. We had a slight issue the first day but management responded and fixed it immediately!! Loved the 2 balconies- was able to follow the sun!
