Two queen bedrooms, a full kitchen, and thoughtful design details make it ideal for couples or friends exploring the city. Bold, original artwork adds personality throughout, and the walkable location puts dining, shops, and waterfront strolls just minutes away.  
  
The Space:  
Social spaces are bright and well-appointed, with a sleek kitchen featuring stainless appliances, butcher-block countertops, and an easy flow to the adjacent dining area. The living room invites downtime with deep seating and a striking mixed-media mural that serves as the apartment’s centerpiece.  
  
Both bedrooms include queen beds, soft linens, and natural light, with one offering a bay window and sitting area. The shared bathroom includes a shower-tub combo and is stocked with fresh towels and essentials. High-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, and mini-split air conditioning throughout the apartment ensure a breezy, no-fuss stay.  
  
From this address, you're right in the heart of one of Newport’s most vibrant districts. Broadway is lined with locally loved cafés, boutiques, live music venues, and award-winning restaurants. Stroll down to Bowen’s Wharf for harbor views, hop between galleries and independent shops downtown, or spend an afternoon exploring nearby Cliff Walk and historic mansions. The apartment offers peeks of city rooftops and easy access to everything that makes Newport such a magnetic year-round destination.  
  
If you're traveling with a larger group and need more space, inquire about our second apartment in the same building—available to book separately and accommodating an additional four guests.  
  
Guests should note that Brewer’s Loft, the restaurant and live music venue downstairs, adds great character to the location and occasionally hosts live music. While this proximity is part of the experience, some sound may carry upstairs depending on the night.  
  
Guest Access:  
Enjoy full private access to the apartment. We have everything you need for a seamless and enjoyable stay. Guests should be aware that a popular restaurant occupies the ground floor of the building. While it adds to the lively character of the location, some noise may carry into the apartment, especially during peak hours. This may not be the best fit for those seeking a particularly quiet stay.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Aquidneck Island is a coastal enclave known for its scenic charm, historic character, and approachable scale. With most streets limited to 25 mph, the island maintains a calm, family-friendly atmosphere that encourages unhurried exploration. Its intimate size makes it easy to navigate, offering a quiet rhythm that reflects the essence of seaside New England.  
  
Getting Around:  
Getting around is easy and enjoyable. Most of our homes are located in residential areas where you can walk, bike, ride a scooter, or rent a golf cart to explore. The islands are relatively small, and with a 25 mph speed limit on most streets, the area stays safe, family-friendly, and relaxed.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
We provide dedicated parking for up to 2 vehicles in the parking lot at the rear of the building. Only park in the spots marked with Brewer‘s Loft Unit 1 signs. Please note that parking on the street is not permitted and subject to ticketing and towing. To avoid any issues, kindly use only the parking lot and limit to 2 vehicles.  
  
Interaction with Guests:  
We live right down the street! Please do not hesitate to give us a call or text if you need anything. Otherwise, we like to give our guests their own space to relax and enjoy their stay.
