Make your Newport getaway special in this charming townhome on the bay. Master bedroom, master bath, kitchen and living room are upstairs. There is a total of fifteen stairs from the main entrance to the main living area. Garage, guest bedroom, guest bathroom and laundry room are located on the main level. Just south of the bridge, within walking/biking distance of South Beach State Park and jetty, Oregon Coast Aquarium and Rogue Brewery as well as Newport Public Fishing Pier. Newport’s Historic Bayfront is only a little over a mile away and offers many restaurants, specialty shops, and up-close and personal look at the Sea Lions. Yaquina Bay Lighthouse is also a little over a mile across the bridge where you can catch beautiful panoramic views from the top and check out the tidepools at the water’s edge during low tide. Revel in the lovely views of the bay and bridge and get comfortable in the living room, which boasts a striking orange sectional, wood floors, and plentiful natural light. The living and dining spaces are comfortable, cozy, well designed and welcoming. It is impeccably clean, the view is to die for.
