The restaurant was closed, got in late everything closed. We did get some cereal they had in a case but that was it. Some staff very helpful, others not so polite. Acted like they didn’t like their job. Hotel was under renovation.

My room was literally the furthest room from the front desk. The carpet is very padded making the wheels on my luggage not work well. Finally got myself to my room and the key didn’t work. Oh and it was after midnight. Dragged myself and my luggage back to the front desk to explain my key didn’t work. Not even an “I’m so sorry about that.” When I got into the room it was 85 degrees! Tape over the thermostat. Had to open the windows for an hour (which had no screens) before I could go to sleep at 1:30 am after traveling across country for 15 hours. I’m pretty durable, but this was not good.

Staff never told us to register car w prkg app when we checked in - couldn't be bothered. Unfriendly and seemed angry to have to work. Hotel pretty run down. Find a another airport hotel - there are several.

Transportation to the airport was excellent. My only concern was the lack of on-site food (the motel was under renovation) and that breakfast was minimal and not free, as in most hotels. Other than that, excellent stay.

I parked at the hotel for a week my trip. The shuttle driver was excellent as well as the hotel staff. It was a lifesaver to be able to book a room last minute when my return flight got delayed. The staff ensured a quick pick up at arrivals and drove me right to the front and the driver took all my bags inside for me right to the front desk. Check in was quick and easy and I will definitely recommend this facility to anyone I know traveling out of PVD airport!

Great place, it was being remodeled but still clean all around. Heat was a little wonky, sometimes it wouldn't work since it was automatic.

Although under renovation on the inaide very clean, modern and nice smelling. Outside can use some sprucing up. Missing the kitchen, but understand. Here for Meeting overnight, and nice to have coffee/tea in the lobby 24 x 7

Our room was slightly spartan in initial appearance. it was extremely clean. The bathroom was by far the best we have seen in the past year.

The room was OK but outside noise was loud. The hotel itself was dinghy and looked like it hadn't been updated for years. Restaurant was closed. No info booklet in the room.
