Hot Tub! Dog Friendly! Let the views and the location of this quintessential beach house in Nye Beach wow you! This charming ocean front home is perfectly located in historic Nye Beach where you can take a short stroll down to the sandy beach at what is known as the Nye Beach Turnaround or just meander through the shops and galleries or feast at the tasty eateries. This home has beautiful ocean views from the living room, dining room, and upstairs bedroom; with windows open you'll enjoy the sound of the waves crashing in the distance. The main floor has an open floor concept - perfect for mingling while you cook or watch TV together. Comfortably furnished to sleep up to 6 guests, there are three bedrooms and two baths. One bedroom is on the main floor with a comfy Queen bed and access to its own bath. Upstairs, you will find two more bedrooms. Wake up to the fantastic ocean views from the King bed \~ you may never want to leave! Another bedroom with a Queen bed and a second bathroom is down the hall. The daylight basement has a TV/playroom which is perfect for the kids to hang out and relax, play games, watch movies, or look at the treasures that they found on the beach! Spend time on the deck watching for whales, reading a good book, or just being mesmerized by the ocean. After a full day of exploration, you can take a dip in the hot tub and watch the horizon turn pink and the sun sink into the ocean. The Nye Beach House is the perfect jumping off point for exploration along the coast or just staying put and enjoying everything that the historic Nye Beach neighborhood has to offer.
