Curl up in front of the gas fireplace and enjoy the view of the ocean and greater Newport - or head out to the deck and take in the fresh ocean air. This home is a vibrant community, centrally located to all the happenings. Enjoy restaurants and shops nearby, and check out the bookstore across the street.

There's plenty of room to relax upstairs as well, thanks to the bonus upstairs lounge. Each bedroom features a view of the ocean, neighborhood, or both! But the kitchen is the true heart of this home and features a French door fridge, an extra-long breakfast bar, and appliances big and small to help you put together fabulous meals. Pack lightly, your vacation home includes a washer/dryer. A gas grill is provided for those who just can't get enough of that great ocean view, plus an electric vehicle charger adds convenience during your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Seaside Serenity: A Perfect Blend of Comfort and Convenience
Loved this beach house for our winter family getaway! It has stunning ocean views from the cozy second-floor lounge and from each bedroom. The open kitchen was great for making meals and visiting with each other. Although the kitchen was well-stocked, we could have used a few more baking tools for what we made. Perfectly located just off the beach, the house is near the charming Nye Beach shops and restaurants. Highly recommended and we are already planning our return!
