Wonderful stay and the staff is so friendly. Convenient location to historic Hill with plenty of parking and a cute cafe in the lobby.

Brian at the front desk was amazing, very helpful and kind. The spa was absolutely incredible. The room was awful. Sheets on one of the beds were dirty and the beds were beyond uncomfortable. Neither of us slept ( 2 queen room) You couldnt move without noise from the box spring and mattress. We had to leave after the first night. We noticed as we were leaving brand new mattresses being brought into the hotel. They waited way too long to replace them.

I called in advance to make sure I could bring my mom’s birthday cake into the bar area … when I called they said they would have everything I needed plates forks a knife… when the time came they said they couldn’t provide any of these things … it was my moms 70th birthday… very disappointing

Stayed for weekend and really enjoyed this hotel. Very Welcoming staff and extremely clean facility. Many, many activities, local sites to visit and great restaurants!

Lovely hotel, right on Bellevue Ave and walking distance to Thames street. The gym was clean and there was an indoor pool and jacuzzi as well. The inner courtyard had a large fire pit and several smaller ones. All the staff were very nice.

The pool was kinda far to walk to from our rooms but it was fun only thing i wish they had was jets in the hot tub it was a fun stay but prob the last for us thank u for making it enjoyable staff was really friendly and still gave us room service close to closing time so that was a plus

The place was good. Found something under the bed, that was left behind from another guest, a container of nutella. On the hotel's cleaning staff defense, it was so well hidden, attached to one of the legs of the bed, that it would be very hard for anybody to find, I only found it because my earring fell and I went looking for it.

From our first arrival to the time we left the services were perfect. Stayed for a quick weekend getaway after the crazy holidays and what a great decision to stay here. The valet personnel were fantastic..we lifted no bags and opened no doors and everyone was so friendly. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with wonderful staff, the bar and lounge area is very relaxing and cocktails were perfect. Our room was beautiful and first class...thank you all so much.
