Great location for beach lovers, wedding guests ,Naval Officers , anglers, bird watchers, foodies and adventurers. Close to Cliff Walk, Sachuest Point, NWC, Atlantic Resort, local pubs , restaurants , coffee shop, convenient store ,liquor store and bait shop
Three beaches and downtown Newport are within two miles. Eastons {1st} beach is a five minute walk .
The cottage is bright and clean with new bathroom, carpet, flooring, paint and lighting. Off street parking with private entrance .Fully supplied galley kitchen with Keurig coffee + tea. Basic cable and internet / WIFI,A/C. Private outside area for grilling, relaxing and watching the sunsets.

The apartment is small with sloped ceilings making for low headroom in some areas. It was clean and close to restaurants and getting to the tourist areas was easy.

My niece and I stayed for 3 days and on the first night we started getting sore throats, we found out the air conditioners were filthy. My niece cleaned one in the livingroom. The next day my niece had coffee with the keurig and one if the k pods, my niece noticed some expired in 2022\. There isnt a beach in front, dont know why it says beachfront cottage. Also the front area does not look like that in the picture. Its very small and the decor on the wood are rusted and the bush is very large. We made the best of our stay being it was for 3 days.

Property was clean and well furnished. We were welcomed with fresh cut flowers, chocolate, and a bottle of wine. It is cozy-- it is an upstairs unit with sloping attic walls, though that generally was not a problem and the space is well designed to accommodate. We appreciated the convenient location and had a comfortable stay.

#### Newport Folk sanctuary!
We really enjoyed our stay in Middletown during the folk festival. The apartment was clean and fit our needs perfectly. We had a little bit of a snag with check-in, but Brad was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was as described! The location is spectacular! It is very close to First and Second Beaches, and the Cliff Walk. It's also a very short drive to Thames Street in Newport with excellent shopping and dining! Don't hesitate booking this property!!!

Brad’s place was good! The oven was a bit funky and ended up burning our frozen pizza and the ceilings are a bit low in certain areas, but overall the place was clean and well stocked. Very close to the beach and very easy to get to downtown Newport, even on a busy Fourth of July weekend. Overall we had a great stay!

The property was very clean and well maintained! Brad was very informative on the check in process and their was plenty of resources left out for us like linens, towels, etc. Very cute space and super close to many great restaurants and beaches. Close in terms of driving to close locations as well. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend those looking for a cute beach stay to look here!

This was one of the best properties I have ever stayed at. The location itself was wonderful. Close to Easton Beach, a few different food joints, and a gas station. We didn’t have a car, but it was an easy Lyft/Uber to Downtown Newport. The property was great and had everything you needed for a stay. It was very well stocked and the host welcomed us with a bottle of wine and some chocolates which really set a tone for our stay. In addition, the host was very accommodating and responsive. We would definitely stay here again and the property was part of the reason why our vacation was so wonderful!

We had a great time! The place was perfect for our small family and the location was fantastic. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived, they even provided a baby gate for the steep stairs which we appreciated with a two year old. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

#### Great Spot - Close to Everything!
Great place to stay! Brad was very quick to answer our messages. Location is walkable to the beach, and is a quick drive into the downtime/waterfront area. Only thing to note - you can hear cars and traffic from about 10pm on and then starting around 6am. Besides that - this is a great spot!

#### Love this apartment
This was my second time staying here (the first was six years ago.) This rental is perfect for a couple staying in the Newport area. Location to beaches and Newport can't be beat, and everything you need for your stay is there. Full kitchen, nice living room, bedroom, and even a small office space. There are a few restaurants less than a 10 minute walk from the property. Also, I used the most comfortable bath towel I think I've ever felt. 10/10, would stay again.
