This updated condo offers a covered deck, large windows, access to a shared swimming pool, and a great vantage point for whale watching, storm watching, or viewing spectacular sunsets over the sea.

Everything was great EXCEPT internet was horrible and I was told it was reliable- it was more off than on. Also the dishwasher leaked and made a puddle on the floor. The addition of the folding table was greatly appreciated. View was wonderful, bed was comfortable.

This place has an amazing view and pool and hot tub. The room needs a bit of maintenance. New paint job for walls and cabinets and new flooring. Also needs a new bed. Just been used too long, sags in places.

Fantastic View

It's a very nice property. Very clean and everything one would need for a stay. And, of course, the view is amazing. It would be nice if the door code was shorter or perhaps a phone number that relates to the renter. It's hard to recall so long of number. And, the coffee maker needs some help. The carafe isn't compatible and the top lid keeper pins are broke off.But still highly recommend the property.

Wonderful condo with beautiful view from the windows and balcony. Condo was furnished very well and we weren’t lacking for anything during our visit. Location was perfect for walking to shops & restaurants in Nye Beach.

The condo is clean and comfortable. It has everything you would need for a stay. There are restaurants walking distance from the condo. My favorite part was watching whales from the condo deck!! I would stay here again if in the area.

This condo was clean, but worn. Buttons were broken on the appliances (dishwasher and microwave). We were also disappointed to find some dishes had been put back in the cupboards dirty. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at this property was very successful, the space and location are the best. It is very quiet and safe in its surroundings, easy access to the beach is very important. Cafes, various restaurants, bars and small stores are part of the activities that make your stay fun.

King Tides- 2024

A great place to stay to watch the water. As mentioned before the beach access is either steep stairs or down a couple of blocks for public access, both options worked well for us. Initially there was no heat in the space but Matt responded immediately to our text and came out and put in an element where one was missing- it was toasty warm the rest is the weekend. We would stay again, the bed was comfortable and while it isn’t packed with supplies, we had what we needed to be content.

Wonderful Ocean Views

Great little condo! Comfortable bed and small kitchen. Great balcony! Definitely needs mold taken care of in the bathroom and a new shower curtain to replace the moldy one. Also, we had difficulty finding our parking space due to parking numbers needing to be repainted.

Love the location and view. The property just needs some attention - sliding door was not usable, kitchen sink sprang a major leak while we were there, the heater sensor must be broken (it never turned off unless we turned it all the way off), and it would be nice to have more utensils so less dish washing. Water pressure is excellent!

The rental needs a lot of attention I walked into the rental and it was freezing so I turned on the heaters and only 1 heater. If i you use the sliding glass door you will probably need help closing it. You need to lift up and try and pull at the same time. The sliding glass door doesn’t lock.’And there is no screen to n the window or glass door. I messaged the rental company and they never got back to me, very frustrating. The 2 chairs in the room are so uncomfortable.

Great location and awesome view!! Nice and quiet.

Came to Newport for get together with friends. Perfect location in Nye Beach. Easy access to beach and awesome view. We enjoyed the quiet room and comfy space. Definitely would recommend!!

Fees are very misleading! $326.00 for three nights....then add the following: $60.00 cleaning fee $51.72 booking fee for Vacasa $45.00 damage waiver $57.93 tax And then an additional service fee from VRBO of $68.00 So we pay a booking fee for Vacasa and VRBO? Nice location, clean, but....

Its a studio with a nice beach view in a cool area, clean, upgraded decor. But for the price it could be a little better furnished. And the service to resolve a minor issue was frustrating, though after several hours of texting it was resolved.

Problem after problem so we cut our stay short. Old condo and needs updating badly.

Upon arrival one of the heaters didn’t work at all so condo was cold. We couldn’t get the TV to work. Called for assistance and they brought us a small portable heater to use and reprogrammed the TV. The toilet was the smallest I have ever seen and was like sitting on a bucket, it was that low to the ground and the bathroom sink brained so slow you didn’t even have time to brush your teeth before it plugged up. Day two, that evening it was windy and all of a sudden we had a 3 string orchestra playing from the sliding patio door. It was so poorly insulated that the wind made noise coming through it. Remedy, I put my sock in the door lip so it would seal the wind from coming in. Third day that evening it was a lot more windy and we believed that some flashing in the roof by the balcony overhang is loose, because all night due to how windy it was, it sounded like we had someone with a leaf blower on our balcony. We cut our time there short by 3 more nights because I was not going to loose another nights sleep and listen to that noise of a leaf blower on our balcony and knew there would be no fixing it on Christmas Eve. So we checked out. I called and explained in detail why we were not staying as long as we scheduled. I was thinking we might get a refund due to all the mishaps but she never even offered any. My advice before putting this out there to rent out. Make some updates to make it feel more like a home away from home. Update bathroom, floors (which were poorly laid) replace windows and slider to keep drafts out and for heaven sake, checking the heaters (they were outdated) to make sure they work should be done every time the place is cleaned. If it were mine, it would look and feel like home as soon as you walk in the door.
