Our 3 generational family enjoyed a wonderful vacation stay in Nye Beach Bungalow. A bathroom on each floor, one bedroom for the older ones of us not needing to climb the stairs, and 2 large bedrooms upstairs made this home very convenient. It is clean and comfortable. The house is great for a family and my husband and I will definitely return with our extended family. Having a full bath and extra bedroom on the main floor is ideal for anyone who may have difficulty going upstairs. The extra twin beds and small outdoor space make it idea for a family. The location is great and you can walk down to Historic Nye Beach in about 10 minutes or less. Lots of restaurants and activities in the vicinity. Close to the beach which was perfect and had a completely enclosed back yard for the dog. Well stocked with everything you would need for a weekend getaway. Anything you forget can be found at the Fred Meyer store less than a mile away. Close to the beach, but the walk is hilly so can be difficult for folks with mobility issues. There is no AC but lots of fans and the open windows created a nice cross breeze. The backyard is fenced but a section has fallen down and the dog to escaped to the roof of the neighbors shed. That was interesting! Also, our WiFi stopped working after two days. It took several hours to get a key to get into the house ,when we got into the house it was dirty, smelled of mold and of a dirty diaper pail .Cupboards were broken and we found many spiders. Feb 2, 2015 #### Basic price, basic house We picked this unit as the most affordable we could find that still had plenty of space. We got what we paid for: adequate accommodations with a few drawbacks. Bedrooms are large with plenty of sleeping options, and the kitchen is large and fully functional. The fenced backyard was great for our dog. Furnishings, fixtures, and bathrooms are utilitarian but adequate. Upstairs windows give glimpses of the ocean, and you can hear the surf. The Nye Beach gallery and restaurant district and beach access are a short walk away, and the house is otherwise right in the middle of Newport. However, the neighborhood and the block the house is on are nothing special. One of our kids forgot to relock the car after getting something out in the evening and someone rummaged through the car overnight. Overall, I would recommend this to a group on a budget, but I don't think we'll be repeat guests. ##### James M.
