Well appointed with refrigerator, microwave, good internet, sofabed with linens, extra towels, robes and COFFEE (Keurig with plentiful Kcups). Had some issues with electrical in the unit, but apparently the city had been working in the area, so breakers for A/C and the very nice jetted tub needed to be reset. Owners were just a text message away, and they were very responsive and made sure everything was working very quickly. Parking can be challenging with 3 spaces 4 units, but this was worked out, with a quick call a convenient space was found. Very glad to stay here and enjoy a quieter time after the summer rush. ##### Marnie M. We came up for a quick getaway on a rainy weekend and it was amazing to have such a cute warm place to stay! The bed, tub, and fireplace really made this stay amazing. The place was as described, It was in a very convenient location in town and very quiet. We walked to town for food and to the wharf and some of the sites. The only thing that did not cooperate was the weather! We had a problem setting up the TV and after calling Matthew for directions he came over to set it up which was very kind of him. The apartment was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would probably stay in the second floor next time - as an older building with wood floors even regular footsteps could be heard down below. The house was beautiful and clean. The bed was super comfy. Highly recommend this location. Do not expect a quiet night during the summer as Newport is hopping right into the wee hours. Our issue, which we didnt notice in the photos, is that the door to the bedroom is a french door. Adorable, but unfortunate when you travel with a teen, or if 2 friends travelled together(the couch is a sleeper sofa).
