We were lucky and was able to park in front of the house a lot, but the few times someone else was parked there we were able to find a close parking spot. The stairs up to the bedrooms is a bit steep, but wasnt an issue for us, but if you dont handle stairs well i wouldnt recommend. Great beach view and easy access to the beach right around the corner. But to be clear you CANNOT access the beach from the property, you have to walk a tiny bit to get to the beach, on that walk we met a friendly cat!
