« The property has great spaces but needs more attention. Also, you need to know there are late-night, noise-making tenants below unit B. 1. Check in was a debacle. We never received instructions, had to call to get in the property. It was confusing which home we had access to. It is not clear on the VRBO listing. 2. The tenants below made noise - closing/banging doors late at night - from midnight to 4am. I was wakened 2 of the nights we stayed. That was awful! 3. The patio was not cleaned....

« Had a little snafu upon move in. The place was not clean due to some kind of miscommunication with the cleaning crew. Had to stay one night at a hotel which was reimbursed by the management company and they provided a credit for the cleaning fee as well. Communication with the management company was frequent, but every person I spoke to I felt like I had to explain to them what was going on. « We decided to go to Newport Beach California for my children's holiday. We stayed one week in this amazing home. My brother and his family came along too.The owners of the home live local, so they greeted us right when we arrived. Anthony and Megan were their names. Anthony showed us how to use the TV and surround sound, jacuzzi, bbq and Megan gave us a tour of the home.
