(Tenants must comply with Newport Beach Municipal Code Section 10.26.015 pertaining to acceptable Decibel Levels, 55 DBA (7am-9pm) and 50 DBA (9pm - 7am) \- Amplified Music is not Permitted. Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (that includes music coming from inside the home). If neighbors can hear music, you are in violation of the City Ordinance. PARKING \- No Parking in the Alley \- Parking is a very serious violation in Newport Beach for Vacation Rentals. You will receive a parking Ticket ($87+) a ($1,000) City Fine, and Tower 17 Properties will be forced to Evict on the Spot. \-Parking for 3 Vehicles included. (1) in garage and (2) in driveway. \-Garage is suitable for Mid size SUVs , compact vehicles are recommended. Measurements of the garage are 8'W × 7'H x 16' deep \-All vehicles parked in the driveway must NOT exceed 15 ft 4 inches in length.
