Your retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the beach community, yet close enough to enjoy the beach atmosphere and beach breezes on your terms. New A/C Air conditioning & heating was added last year! You have 20 miles of beachfront bike paths to explore along the Gold Coast of Orange County. Right next to nature preserve for outdoor pleasure, and close to Newport and Huntington Beaches. Hosts are wonderful and it’s a very comfortable place to stay. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds. Very small carport but will fit most cars. Nice quiet complex with pleasant open space grounds. ##### Christine N.
