The beach is 2 minutes by foot, bars, restaurants and shopping 5 minutes on foot. Everything you need within a half a mile. Beds were comfortable, property very clean, furnishings very nice. The location was fantastic for the beach, activities in Newport Beach and Huntington Beach. The property was so, so clean and organized. The kitchen was well-equipped. I really appreciated the washer/dryer. The air conditioning made nights extra comfortable. The rental has a garage which was epic as street parking can be tight. But the host also made sure my car was registered with the city so I could park on the street if convenient. I appreciated that the host was attentive but also gave me my privacy.
