Super friendly and responsive any time we had a question. Made everything really easy from check-in to check-out.Would definitely come back. The unit was incredibly clean and very comfortable. It was nicely stocked with everything I needed, which made things convenient. The location is absolutely unreal—less than a 5-minute walk to the beaches across from Lido Marina, with tons of shops and restaurants nearby. Plus, having Pavilions just across the way was a huge bonus for quick grocery runs. The private parking was also a major plus—so nice not having to stress about finding street parking. The girls upstairs are wonderful but you hear every footstep. The rental was no where near the pictured. I was extremely upset. Within 72 hours we had new furniture, pots, pans,coffee maker, dishes, glasses, mugs. In no way should we have to go through what we did.
