Spacious lower oceanfront unit in a triplex located within walking distance to the Balboa Pier. There is a large front patio with spectacular ocean and pier views, two car parking, shared laundry in the garage, dishwasher, and air conditioning. Fantastic location! The boardwalk just in front of the house allows for easy access to not only the Balboa Pier but also the Newport Pier.

General Info:

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to rent this unit is 25 years old and to finalize the reservation a secure guest verification portal must be completed.

**All reservations are subject to owner approval**

Pets: Pets are not permitted on or about the premises. ADA service animals required because of a disability are allowed with advanced notice. ESA's, Emotional Support Animals, are not allowed.

Parking: 2 car parking - This unit provides 2 car tandem parking in shared garage.

Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads, sheets and towels are provided!

Kitchen/Supplies: Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc. to help you begin your vacation however you may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay. We do not provide certain cooking items including salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. as well as specialty cookware.

You may want to bring: Laundry detergent, beach chairs/equipment, paper plates/plastic cutlery, extra beach towels, pens and paper, etc.

Retirement Getaway

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend away to celebrate my retirement. We had an amazing time hanging out on the patio, walking to near bar bars and restaurants, walking down to the pier and we even rented a Duffy boat from the nearby marina. The rental was perfect, clean, towels were provided and there were even plugs available for every device. We never turned in the TV so I can’t tell you what that was like but we would definitely do this again! Really a great time!!

Great location!!

We rented this home in July. There are many great things to list but having AC in the summer made a huge difference. Plus ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. Two tandem garage parking spots (doable with a suburban but its tight). Clean, plenty of shower & beach towels for our group. Beds are comfortable. Everything we needed for cooking including a newer propane bbq. 500 feet to water, great patio space right on the boardwalk and a few short blocks to the pier, restaurants & bars and the fun zone. Definitely renting again. Thanks

Great location close to all the action

Great location close to all the action. Property was well-maintained owner was living above us and was super nice and helpful. Best part it has air conditioning. Highly recommend it to anybody. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will be coming back next year :)

Excellent property, excellent layout, excellent location. However if I have a couple complaints, kitchen utensils such as spatulas and spoons are very flimsy and low-grade, kitchen knives are very dull, and can you please spend $200 on an outdoor gas barbecue? The charcoal one is from the 70s.

Amazing Stay

Great location, right on the boardwalk near Balboa pier and only a quick bike ride to the Newport Pier! Walking distance to shops, bike/beach rentals, restaurants, Fun Zone, local markets and the ocean is right out your front door. House was clean and the kitchen was pretty well stocked. 2 parking spots was a huge bonus. Coffee maker leaked and the front bedroom had a squeaky bed but that is just being picky, I would highly recommend this property. Extremely easy check in and out and the property management team was very responsive. We would 100% rent this property again.

Nice location. On the weekend tends to be a party atmosphere with young people. There were several young people in the room above us making lots of noise into the wee hours of the morning.

Great Location

We enjoyed our weeklong stay. Location is great, Close to bike rentals great restaurants and of course the beach . We loved sitting on the patio enjoying the weather. The only thing we found difficult because the front slider lock was a little hard to use but other than that we would totally stay again and our bed w The only things we found difficult was the front slider lock it was a little hard to use, and the front bedroom queen bed shifted around a lot. We would stay there again.

Perfect location on the beach! Close to volleyball courts, fire pits and both piers! Spacious interior with nicely updated kitchen and baths. The furniture needs updating, particularly the sofas. Overall, it was a great getaway!
