This remodeled single-family home offers 3 bedrooms with 2.5 baths and is located a two blocks from Newport Beach! Upon entering through the front door you are greeted by a warm and inviting fireplace that graces the living room. The French doors provide access to the entertainer’s backyard surrounded by beautiful tropical landscaping, covered patio, dual built-in barbecue and flat top grill, above ground spa and soothing fountain. The galley kitchen offers granite counter tops with decorative glass backsplash, white cabinetry and recessed lighting. The spacious master suite offers vaulted ceilings, stone faced fireplace, Plantation shutters, ceiling fan, closet with built-in organizers and French doors leading to a large deck. The bright master bath offers a large walk-in shower with bench, skylight and double sinks. Large secondary bedrooms offer mirror wardrobes, ceiling fans and plantation shutters. The second bath offers dual pedestal sinks and a deep soaking tub. This home also features neutral paint throughout, crown molding, recessed lighting, ceiling fans, central air and lots of storage. There is room for two - three cars to park in the drive way. Laundry is located in the garage which has room for 1 additional car and two provided Beach Cruisers. The property is a single-family home with no shared spaces. The property is not a duplex. City issued permit # SLP12361

Family Vacay

Great property...downstairs space was wonderful for our group of 8. Great location and beautiful beaches walking distance from the house. Just one thing to be aware of, the second bathroom is a tub that has a shower. It was a little challenging getting in and out for my parents who are 80 and my son who is 6'3 was too tall for it (head was almost touching the ceiling) Not a big deal since there was another shower they could use. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great Property

House is awesome. It was nice to get in the hot tub after a long day. Kitchen was well stocked, patio was great with BBQ and water fountain, and it was a short walk to the beach. House was stocked with beach accessories (wagon, chairs, boards). We would definitely stay again.

Happy with our stay

This was a great home and location! We used the cart to take beach chairs and umbrella to the beach. Hot tub was wonderful! Well stocked kitchen equipment. Lovely back patio, master bedroom and bath. Plenty of room for the 4 adults. However the second shower upstairs was deemed ‘scary’ due to the small interior footprint inside the tub- about 3.5 feet long, 6” wide at one end and about 20” wide at the widest point, plus dealing with a shower curtain. I would suggest just using as a tub to avoid a potential fall. Overall, we were very happy

A Lovely January Stay

We loved this location and it was exactly as described. The hot tub and fireplace were absolutely perfect and kept us busy during those overcast days, while the large bathrooms and rooms were perfect for our family (2 kids under 3 and 82 year old grandmom).

Even better in person

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is perfect as you are surrounded by amenities (shops, restaurants, a park, etc) and a block away from the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Very clean and beach friendly. The garage was filled with beach toys, boogie boards, beach cruisers, and a wagon, which was incredibly helpful for our family of seven. The kitchen is fully stocked. We really enjoyed the outside area with the Jacuzzi and the TV. The outdoor shower was perfect for after beach rinse off. (Also before jumping in the jacuzzi) I can’t think of anything we would change about this place. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you to our hosts!

This lovely home is within walking distance to anyplace you want to go. The home itself is lovely, and what really shines are the outdoor areas, both upstairs and downstairs. Great communication with the owners. We would definitely book this home again!

My family and I had a great stay! We all really loved the hot tub and outdoor area! The weather was perfect and the beaches (Newport Beach and Laguna Beach) were wonderful! The kids really loved Disneyland and we managed to get quite a few rides in. Thanks for the use of the toys and chairs for the beach! The coffee shop around the corner was great! The perfect family gathering getaway

The five of us had flown in for a family wedding, but wanted to be together to catch up ourselves in a comfortable place, plus enjoy the beach. This was the perfect place for us! We loved hanging out back in the hot tub and sitting around the big outside table lounging over breakfast while looking at photos streamed to the outside tv. The beach was super close and the house had nice beach chairs for us to use. Steve was always available if we had a question and the place was clean and well stocked in the kitchen as well as plenty of towels for showers, hot tub and beach. Overall we would highly recommend this home and the nice owners!

Just what we hoped for

We were looking for a home that was walking distance to the beach and an easy drive to Disneyland. This property was just what we hoped for! Check in was easy, the home was inviting and pleasant for our beach days and also a relief to come back to after our long days at Disney. Would gladly rent this home again!

Convenient location to beach and plaza

The house worked well for a family visit. The location to the beach was 2 blocks and a handy plaza with cafe and restaurants was also steps away. There was also a small park at the end of the short street. The outdoor space was also great to hang out, with a hot tub, fire pit, dining set and bbq. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was a bit chilly when we arrived as there was a window open upstairs and the air was cool but we got the place warmed up quickly.

Awesome house - super clean - great location!

House is in prime location - quick walk to beach and boardwalk. Neighborhood seems super safe and SO clean - daughter was able to run in the AM/PM. House had lots of room and was well stocked - very clean as well. Had everything we needed to cook in during the evenings - took advantage of outdoor grill, TV and hot tub nightly. Steve was a great host and very responsive. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Immaculately Clean!

Great property. Close to the beach and lots of places to eat. Only 21-26 min drive to Disney. I can't say enough about how clean it was. From floors to bathrooms everything was perfect. Nothing sticks to your feet or makes your socks dirty when walking around the hard wood floors which is important to clean freaks like us. Checked out a lot of places on the boardwalk before settling on this one. The reviews were accurate for them in regard to noise levels and partying, which made this place a better choice for families. Quiet neighbors and not a bunch of people walking by all day. Awesome back patio. Large bedrooms. Nice big shower. Games for kids to play. Bar in pics had been removed and replaces with a dinner table w seating for 6, which we were glad to see upon arrival. Host was very responsive and considerate. Responds quickly to questions. Great Place To Stay!

Wonderful Stay

Great property with convenient access to the Balboa Peninsula and the rest of Newport. The property is well appointed and very functional for a large family or two small families. The area has easy access to mutile quality food options and 3 nearby parks that are great for children. The beach boardwalk is an easy 5 minute walk away and the Newport pier and plenty of other options are another 15-30 minutes of walking depending on your pace and destination. Disney is also an easy drive if that is on your agenda. The owner was very communicative and helpful throughout the stay. Would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Huntington Beach Getaway

Great Property with all the amenities needed. The jacuzzi (everyday) and outdoor area are the highlight of the property. The master bedroom shower was amazing and water was always super hot so be careful. New pillows would be a bonus, as well as a few more blankets, but the cold weather isn't your fault. Property has a few issues like all homes, flat top grill wasn't working but we used the gas grill instead, bonus. Great garage and washer and dryer at your disposal. Very beautiful place!

Enjoyed our stay!

Would definitely recommend staying here. We really enjoyed the outdoor area with the hot tub and the quiet location with comfortable beds means a great sleep. Nice to have our own garage and we used the supplied bikes often to do the beachfront path. We really appreciated that the landlord had the house fully equipped with supplies for our entire stay rather than the skimpy “starter pack “at many VRBO‘s. Great location with quick access to Pacific Coast Highway and walking distance to Pavilions, grocery store and the good selection of restaurants. (note: fireplace seating was missing from Master Bedroom that was shown in the pictures. Dining room now has table instead of a bar) Landlord was great to deal with and had readily available service people to deal with any minor issues. Stay here once and you’ll want to return :-)

Great location!

The home was in a great location just a couple blocks from the beach and across the street from some great little food shops. The back patio is lovely with a TV and hot tub. Home was clean and the master bed was comfortable. Having our own parking spot and garage was really helpful. We definitely enjoyed our stay!
