Seashore Drive Beauty steps to sand

Three houses from the sand this newly remodeled white water view 1200 square foot three-bedroom, two-bathroom luxury condo is ideally located on one of the top rated beaches in the world. Our home has everything you need to have the best vacation! This beautiful beach house sits in the north end of Newport Beach and is centrally located to everything our beach town has to offer. The condo comes with one assigned parking spot. Our home is fully furnished with modern décor, has a washer & dryer and offers free Wi-Fi and cable tv streaming.
Strict rules regarding smoking. Smoking is not allowed in the house, on the deck and in the common area between our home and our neighbors. Smoking in these areas will result in a loss of security deposit. Must be 25-years or older to lease the property and leaser must stay on property.

Absolutely no parties will be permitted. No more than 8 people may be on premise at any time. No music to be played outside past 10pm. Failure to abide by the rules will result in a $500 charge and immediate eviction.

Exactly how the listing is!

When they say steps from the beach, that’s correct. It’s an easy walk and the beach was beautiful. Good waves for kids to play in. House was hot when we arrived but once we opened windows and turned the fans on, it cooled down quickly, even got chilly at night. Had all the basics we needed, including beach towels and chairs. Host was always super fast to respond. Highly recommend.

Incredible Beach Getaway

The location of this place is absolutely incredible... Literally steps from the most gorgeous beach. The garage was great and made venturing out and parking a breeze. The house was perfect for our quick stay and had all amenities we needed and then more. I will absolutely stay here again (if I'm lucky enough that it's available) when I travel back to CA. Thanks for the hospitality!

Great Stay

Place was as depicted. Great place to stay, especially for beach access. You might want to note that this unit is on about 70th street, and the boardwalk doesn't start until about 40th. If you want more isolated beach play, this is great but not so great if you want to walk/eat by the boardwalk. Had a small issue with the water heater, but we resolved it ourselves. Warning - This unit is on the main floor. If the upstairs guests are noisy, you can hear everything. If they're quiet, no problem. All in all, would stay again.

Absolutely everything was great except the local neighbor west of us hates renters and draped about a dozen filthy wet and sandy towels all over my brand new car to send the message . Not sure if we are getting our security deposit but we are hopeful . Ran the beach towels through the dryer literally 5 times and the were still wet

Great location

The location was perfect! Just a few steps to the sand. Because it’s so close it’s very easy to track sand in. With 4 kids we were sweeping multiple times a day. There is no outside water spout to rinse off. We used water jugs and refilled those. I loved having the washer and dryer. We used it often. We cooked all of our meals for 8 people. Unfortunately the kitchen table only has 4 chairs so we had to take turns and some had to sit on the couch. There were plenty of pots and pans to cook with. All appliances work great. There is no toaster or blender. We ended up buying some cheap ones from Target. There are no condiments so bring your own. The listing says sleeps 8 however the couch is suppose to sleep two. It’s a very far stretch to say that the couch sleeps two. It is not a real mattress. Just the bottom of the footrest pops up. Luckily we had kids sleeping on it, but it’s definitely not a bed. The rest of the beds were comfortable. Two rooms have twin beds and the master has a queen. Over all we would stay here again it’s a cute little house with a perfect location.

Loved the Newport Getaway

We loved staying so close to the beach. Loved the location and convenience of getting to other parts of the city. The condo itself was a bit small and the bathrooms are tiny, but we survived it.

Great location with easy access to the beach. You get what you pay for in the unit. Pictures listed are a bit dated. To bad roof top deck is not allowed to be used after dark (no lights), and no umbrella for day time. Not enough furniture for 5. No amenities (shampoo, body wash & lotion) or bath mats for floor, but has towels. Has washer and dryer near garage, but not very clean. Beach items have mold and umbrella was torn and broken.

Family getaway

We had three moms and three small children which made this location awesome. You walk out the door and you are literally steps to the beach. This property was very clean and had everything you’d need to be comfortable. The property owner was very nice and helpful and check in was a breeze. The garage was super easy to get into and we had a large van. Nice washing machine and dryer made it so convenient when traveling with little ones. The property is decorated beautifully. I definitely recommend this property. Beds were super comfortable.

Good times in Newport

Hit the beach for a few days and was lucky to be able to stay steps away from the River Jetty in Newport (our old stopping ground)...check-in was promptly handled at 3:58. Everything in Home worked well. And OC fair activities were a quick and inexpensive Uber ride away. Master bed was a tad wobbly and noisy, but it is what it is. We didn’t go to beach to sleep. Thanks!
